Tock wanders around for a bit and sees the word "MAZE" writte on a building. He instantly freezes, then looks around and creeps a bit closer and sees that it's a longer name, "The Crystal Maze". It doesn't look threatening though. A gnome and a human walk out of it and into the same direction, without carrying the bodies of any of their friends.
He walks past the place as casually as he can and glances inside, seeing what seems to be a shop of some kind. A circle around the block calms down his heart rate and he decides to open the door and peek in, leaving the actual entering still undecided.
A magnificent golden rod with colorful appendages catches his eye and he walks directly in, asking "What is THAT?"
After Gash hands over the gold and before he is ready to do anything with this new spells he heads over to the blacksmith at The Iron Horn. Gash walks in and says, "Hello, I'm looking for Tarak. I have a unique request. I'm not sure you would be able to fill it."Gash presents the Feytok figurine he has been re-conjuring since the maze. "I would like a replica of this here. In great of detail as you can make. This is a fallen warrior who was truly great and I'd like to keep him with us in our journies. Is this something you could do?"
Gash will then after the blacksmith is resolved probably will head to the inn to have some food. He will pay for a room for the night not totally sure he will use it beyond privacy to copy spells and go in to start his ritual to put his new spells into his spellshard. As well as summoning Friend back, again as an owl.
Once finished with that, Gash goes to find Dog once more, "Here, this was Feytoks. I already used some of it for shopping but it is really all of ours now, he would want us all to be strong. So put these 12 platinum in the coffers, and don't bother giving me my share of the gold. Keep it in there. The others may use it if they wish."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Honored visitor," Bolaz says. "That is a Wand of Wonder. If you can cast spells, it enables you to cast a myriad of different spells at your chosen target. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that you have no control over which spell issues forth. The price is steep, however. It is 700 gold."
Meanwhile, Gash speaks with Tarak about crafting a metal figurine. The minotaur grunts as he looks at the conjured figure. "Several problems," he says curtly. "It is small. Hard to work with metal that small. A jeweler could do it. Maybe a stone carver. I cannot do the colors and paint on metal is temporary. And it would take at least 6 days to make the best crude and oversized approximation I could make. I could not do that from memory."
Tock is taken aback by the price, but he doesn't really have a good grasp on wealth. As he does have the money (however the timing works out) he counts it out without further question. He needs to re-count a stack or two as his eyes wonder over to the Wand of Wonder and he looses count.
Bolaz chuckles nervously at Tock's comment. "Most definitely not. Point this only at someone you intend to harm."
Meanwhile, Tarak says to Gash, "Speak with Bolaz at the Crystal Maze. He works with a jeweler. Ferlienni at the Crate and Table is a wood carver, although I wouldn't say he is a master craftsman."
Tock is super very happy with his new toy, but understand that he needs an opportune moment to try it out. Now that he has had a bit of time to reflect on the last couple of days he realizes that maybe he should find a set of Thieve's Tools. So he goes to Crate and Table and asks for some, hoping Gash doesn't just waltz in at that moment.
Bolaz looks at the figurine. He nods thoughtfully. "I could see if Graeli is up to the task. I suspect she is. What would you have it made of? I am thinking silver and gold. But platinum would be better. Tin if you want something cheap. Do you need it enchanted?"
Gash smiles as he hasn't really thought about making FeyTok figurine a useful tool and more of a knicknack, "You know what... can you enchant it to produce flame and or maybe light? Silver and gold will be fine, painted. Can you reproduce it from memory? Sadly this is only a temporary conjuration to preserve his likeness."
Stones heads to the Crate and Barrel to pick up a pack of ten healers kits, then joins the others for a meal, hopefully with meat in it. While he is eating, he will strum his cittern in order to attune to it.
10 minutes later, a minotaur woman arrives trailing behind a young minotaur boy. "Ah," Graeli says after inspecting the conjured figurine. "This is a statue of the fellow they brought out of the trial."
Bolaz scowls. "They should have left him in there. No person can come into Taur without completing the trial."
"Bolaz," Graeli says, "I've half a mind to agree with you but that isn't why I am here." She looks at the figurine again. "Yes, this is a good likeness. Perhaps I could fashion one using the man's body. I would use gold, white gold, and silver. I could inlay some gems for the hair and eyes..."
Bolaz nods. "How much time would you require?"
"Mmmm..." Graeli says. "6 days, I think. I would charge 240 gold to craft it."
"And I would need another 2 days to enchant it. And add 90 gold to the price for enchanting it," Bolaz says. "Does any of that sound reasonable?"
Gash does his best to ignore the comments about FeyTok made. He is really itching to leave this place and kind of laments the fact he hast to now come back twice. "yes, I think that will be fine. I should be able to pop back here in 12 days using this,"he points to his helm."Enchant it with driftglobe properties please. I can pay you half now."
Gash then pulls out 230 gold and hands it over. "Thank you for this, he really was a great warrior. If it weren't for him we wouldn't have passed the trial. It should be him in Taur instead of all of my friends."he says matter of factly, without the tinge of anger and hurt that he has been throwing around before.

"That'll be 600 gold a piece, I figure," says Tarak. What do you say?
"Excellent. Do you want half the price now and half at the final exchange?"
Dog will also browse around a bit more, looking for an immovable rod (5), a paper bird (6), and a rope of climbing (6).
"I will take half of your payment now, yes," the minotaur says.
Immovable rod: 300 gold
Paper birds: 7 sheets for 150 gold.
Rope of climbing: 300 gold.

"Hmm, those are problems. Perhaps some sort of woodsmith in town? Is there a toy maker?"

“Bolaz...Bolaz... Crystal Maze....” Gash rushes in wwith Friend on his shoulder and reconjures the figurine, “oh hi Tock!”
”hi I’m looking to have this figurine replicated.”

50 gold for 10 healer's kits.
