Yes! Here's the updated character list. It's also updated on the front page.
In the future though, I'd recommend those characters who are currently posting are those around. If you don't know who's around, you can post and see who replies to you. Sorry for things being so dynamic. Hopefully things will steady out over the next couple weeks!

Hey, I've got my character sheet together (here on DnD Beyond) for my cleric, Brionne Dunwood, and I'm caught up on the IC story so far. If you want to check over my sheet and make sure everything looks right, and let me know how you'd like me to get into the IC story, I think I'm ready to go. The only thing to note on the sheet is that the feats aren't all in yet, so I put my starting racial feat in the other notes section (it's War Caster, not Grappler).
I'd love to throw my hat in the ring if anyone else drops out. I'm dying for some Ravenloft-y play (it's been literally decades) and I've been enjoying reading the play-by-play in this one more than the rest.

I guess this Inn could be a nice spot to find new PCs, so, maybe we could wait to leave until any new character shows up, unless Tooth has better ideas of course
Hey, guys! Sorry about the long wait. I'm bipolar, so depression likes striking out of nowhere and killing all my motivation and energy. Hopefully, I can stave it off for a while now because I'm really eager to keep going and play.
Sunnyful: Sweet, awesome! Go ahead and post your sheet here or PM it to me if it has information you don't want the players to know. If you can tell me your background as well in your post / PM so I can craft a custom story hook for you, that would be awesome.
It sounds like you used the DnD Beyond sheet, which is okay. Keep in mind that if you create it on DiceCloud though, your character starts out with a free uncommon magic item. It doesn't matter too much to me as long as I can access it easily but just wanted to make sure you knew.
Phaedrustc: Hey Phae!
That's awesome, I'm glad you're enjoying this game a lot! I'll have to go double-check, but more likely than not, we'll have more than enough room to accommodate for you, or that room would be made soon. I'd say, feel free to go ahead and follow the Character Creation guidelines and build up your character! Post it here or in a PM along with your background so I can craft a custom story hook for you!
If you'd like, you can reach out to Sunnyful and talk to him. If you two link your backstories together or simply run into each other while traveling, it would make it easier for me to bring you two in.
Ivanchina: That's a good idea, but I'd recommend not. Definitely keep progressing along and do what you'd like, explore the town and pursue your story hooks and whatnot. Slowing the story down to wait for others is the fastest way we'll kill interest in this campaign. I'll find a way to bring them along, no worries!
Chaiblazer: XDDDD Nice, thanks for telling us that. God forbid the drums aren't tuned. Who knows what would've happened if not? :o
All Players: Also, Dr_Jundwill be taking a hiatus from the game for the time being. Life isn't treating him very fairly at the moment, so he needs some time to sort it out.
I tried using DiceCloud, I really did, but it was taking me so long to figure out just the basic stuff I figured I'd just make it here so we could all get going sooner. Maybe at some point when I have more time I'll give DiceCloud another shot.
I'd be happy to coordinate with Phaedrustc on a link up to enter the story. Just fyi though, I'm a her, not a him. :)
Backstory below:
Brionne grew up in the small village of Greystone in a remote valley, daughter of the local woodworker. Every month, she and her father would climb the steep valley walls to reach the high forests known for producing the strong, beautiful woods that became the best furniture, tools, and delicate carvings. The climb was treacherous, but the villagers of Greystone knew their paths well, and easily found their way to forests, grazing lands, and the other resources their home provided.
One spring, her village discovered that particularly heavy rains were destabilizing the cliff paths that her village relied on, and although they sent a plea for help to the local lord for assistance, they were ignored. Despite their best efforts, eventually the entire hillside collapsed in a massive landslide. Horrified, Brionne ran from her home to find hundreds of villagers trapped, injured, or killed by the disaster. Stumbling over the uneven ground, she managed to find her father, half pinned beneath the rubble and almost dead.
Half sobbing, she called out to Mishakal, goddess of healing, praying for her to heal her father. She was shocked from her tears when her hands began to glow, and she felt divine magic and strength flowing through her and mending his wounds. Almost in a daze, she rose and found the next injured person and the next, healing each one with the goddess's guidance. When her whole village stood before her, alive and well, Mishakal's light faded from her hands.
Although the idea of leaving her village and her father was bittersweet, Brionne knew she had a duty to use this blessing to protect others who could not protect themselves. She set out from that day to strengthen herself and to place her shield and magic between the innocent and the forces of disaster.
Sunnyful: Sweet, thanks for the post! I'll get on approving this and working up your background ties ASAP.
You DO have a 404 error however. You might want to check if it's set to Public or sharing or whatever. I don't see your character at your link or at your main character page.
Phaedrustc: Sounds good bud! Thank you for the interest!
I...have no idea why it's doing that. I don't see anything in any of the menus or settings about public/private, and the other character I made on here for a different campaign seems to be working. Might just be a glitch, sigh.
I guess in that case I'll keep working on getting it put into DiceCloud (my nemesis returns, dun dun dun), but it might be another day or two before I can get it all set up there.
Short-form background/description of the character to not hold you up with anything in case the dicecloud learning curve takes me a bit longer than anticipated:
Appearance: Almost human - very tall for a Dwarf at about 5' 4," and approximately 180-200 dense pounds. He was left in the center of a small human town as a child, presumably because he didn't look quite right. He was very large for a dwarven child and only mostly hairy. Having been raised by humans he tends to carry himself like one, is often mistaken for one, and keeps himself trimmed like one -with short chopped hair and dense, short mutton chops. His eyes are black, but sad and kind. His dress modest, leather, broken in, utilitarian. He is not an old man, certainly not for a Dwarf, but his hair is the grey of age and his demeanor creaks and moans like an old boat. (Think "Old Man Logan")
He grew up among humans, doesn't even speak dwarvish, and mostly kept to himself on the outskirts of town farming and show-fighting for his living. He married a human woman and lived happily for some time, even attempting to have children, though to no avail. Roughly two years ago however the town was attacked in the middle of the night, overrun by an aimless mass of zombies. Living on the outskirts, his home was among the first hit. In defense of his land and family he fell into a blind rage and began cutting through the undead with abandon. His normally kind and even demeanor fell apart in an instant and when he came to his senses he found that he had done more damage than he could have imagined. In his fervor he had caught his wife in the belly with one of his hand-axes, mortally wounding her. Among the bodies of the dead, the destroyed interior of their house and the life flowing out of his wife he held her until she expired. He found when he was able to process everything that his hair had all gone a silvery grey. The nickname "Reverend" was given to him by his wife as a joke on his tendency to be preternaturally calm in the face of hardship. It's a point of bittersweet pain to him now, after her death, though he still introduces himself this way in her memory.
He buried his wife, burned the house, took a few things with him and set out to redeem himself. He's afraid of his rage, but he knows there's more value in owning it than denying it. He's been wandering every since, trying to come to grips with his feral unconscious. He still pit-fights for his gold, just fisticuffs non-lethal bouts as he can find them, using the fights as practice in his goal of being able to control the animal within.

Wow, damn! Is this your first time making a character on DiceCloud? This looks really good!
The only thing I immediately see off the bat is that you have two empty stats in Human you can delete. In addition, go ahead and upgrade your character to 2nd level. Same to Phae and his character. I was thinking about doing separate XP values per character, but this sounds easier for everyone involved.
Phae, your background looks awesome! I'll be working on yours and Sunny's backgrounds / personal ties soon!
Great! I deleted those things and leveled up. I also added a tab under features to track spell slots, cause I couldn't figure out if there was another way to do it.
Activity: As frequent as possible; at least once a day.
About Myself: I played/ran 3.5e for ages in my teens but it has been ages since I actually played. I've read a huge library of the material since then, and mostly recently, to whet my appetite and whatnot. First time PBP, but I tend to be quick enough on the uptake, bear with me for the first little bit though. Would love to find a F2F group, but haven't had much luck (and likely wouldn't have a good schedule for it anyway). Photographer/retoucher (iamrevolver.com); Nashville, TN.
PMing you the character link w some questions, Toothless - and obv at your leisure with the introduction and whatnot. I know I'm a bit of an interloper here :)
Hey, sorry guys for the slight bout of inactivity!
Things spiked up again in stress again and I needed some time to take care of it. You're all definitely still good to leave, just let me know when you do! Don't worry about the other two players. I'll have them catch up with you all in no time. The important part now is getting out there and pushing what you guys want to push.
I just wanted to poke in and check up on how everyone's doing! I'm doing okay myself. I do apoligize for the streak of inactivity the past week or two. I really wish I could help it when depression strikes, I really do, but until I can, thanks for everyone's patience.
I'm checking in to see who's still around and active, if you guys are waiting for me or anything else in the campaign. I'm definitely ready for you all to venture out and explore, but if you guys need some more aid or guidance on what to do / go to, just let me know and I'll be happy to give it to you!
I'll also be bringing in the new players this weekend / early next week, so keep an eye out for them!

Yes, you are 2nd level, not 1st.
Heads up players, my activity will be a bit shoddy the next couple days. I will be back for sure on Monday however to chug this campaign along!
