Harmony had heard Aisha, feeling bad for having voted against her, understanding how she would think this isn't wise and wishing that they knew when the calamity is supposed to happen. If only they knew, then it would make all of this a lot easier for them. She nodded back as Aisha said that she needed a few hours to restock, that they should be able to leave by midnight. She was worried, hoping that they would have left while it is still light out, thinking that they will have to explore Vandyr all night and in the dark as well. She spent the rest of the day until Aisha comes back just chit-chatting with locals about if anything happened while they had been out saving Denisha. Once it was almost time to go, she had put on her pink and white cloak as she heard that everyone else was ready to go. "Yeah, let's get going." Harmony would say as well, smiling and giggling at seeing Jove pet Tsavi and talking in baby-speak to her.
Very late in the evening, the party steps into the teleportation room at the Order of Thalassa. A moment later, the sulfuric smell of Vandyr assaults your senses, suddenly standing in the stone structure that marks your return to Ruskivek.
Stepping outside of the building, the weather is not quite as arid, and though the temperature is still uncomfortable, it is not as hot as it was the first time you arrived. A familiar compulsion tugs at you, beckoning your attention northward.
Through the steam rising from the ground, the sky is a dark green color, and though night has set, the craggy landscape is still dimly lit as far as you can see.

(I have chosen desert as favored terrain for my level 6 since I never got an clear answer ><)
Tsavi would softly growl at Jove for speaking down to her. Clearly Tsavi didn't like it. The petting had triggered no negative reaction. But she made no move to bite or attack him. Simply warn him that she didn't like being spoken to in such a way. Aisha chuckling softly, and sighing, as she had almost.....
Once on Vandyr, Aisha would sigh once more, this time however, it was more pleasant. She enjoyed the temperature here.. it was similar to her home...if a bit more dry. Aisha would keep towards the back, and keep quiet. Apparently this time they were going towards the north tug that they had all but her and perhaps one other initially pushed for most likely.
Tsavi would stay a little behind her mistress, by about 15 feet. Aisha however seemed exceedingly focused on the grounds, and area's around them. When the group would start to move, she would begin paying attention.... Tracking... observing, and looking for signs of creatures of all sorts.
(Aisha is using her Favored enemy features - Humans and elves (that aren't part of our group) as well as anything that would qualify as a 'beast' but is also lookign in general) .. looking for signs of passage, proximity, numbers, and if possible, what species they are within a reasonable guess. Survival for NON-Favored enemies: 23 (((+ 3 for favored enemies))))

Abraxas would stay in the middle of the party. He tries to perceive any additional ways things have changed since the last time they were here: 10.
For example, is the pull northward more powerful? "Is it possible," he says, "That the orb is not one thing, but several? Perhaps we have already moved a portion of it?"
Harmony leads you toward your shared compulsion as you take in your surroundings. Not much looks to have changed since your first trip here, aside from the obvious dip in temperature (though it is still quite warm, and slightly less arid). After a couple hours of walking, the weariness of your day begins to set in. Not much looks to inhabit this area, and Aisha does not find any tracks aside from your own throughout the hours, though the northward pull remains.
OOC: Does the party want to rest for the night, or try to press on with a forced march? If you are resting, what is the watch order for the night?
The night is restless in the uncomfortable heat of the volcanic landscape, but sleep eventually takes you, and that night you each have a dream. In your mind, you see yourselves, at rest and at watch in your campsite among the crags of Vandyr. In this vision, your sight leaves the camp behind and travels the landscape to the north, where you feel this compulsion. For miles and miles, you fly overhead, until you reach a large valley, and into the settlement that lies within it. In this settlement, lizardfolk and salamanders reside. At first it seems peaceful, but as more of the settlement is uncovered, its nefarious acts are revealed; torture and sacrifice are rampant, and all seem to be centered around some sort of portal. There is a loud crash, and at the edge of the valley you see a vast rush of water flooding into the valley, crashing through buildings like some sort of tsunami. As the water reaches you, you start awake.
During Harmony's watch, as she reflects upon this vision, she notices a shadow in the distance. In the dull green glow of the night sky, a number of large winged shapes appear in the distance, looking like birds. Most of them remain mere dots on the horizon, but one continues to grow closer, until she can see that is it much bigger than a simple bird, and looks to be heading toward the camp.
Harmony was thinking about the dream she had where she could see the valley with the lizardfolk and salamanders do terrible things around a portal before water started flooding the valley and crashing through buildings. That must have been a vision, if that is what will happen when they do what they need to do. But then she noticed a shadow in the distance, one growing closer and seeing that it is much bigger than a normal bird and heading towards them. "Guys, wake up! There's a big thing flying towards us!" Harmony would immediately yell as she quickly goes to wake up everyone else.
Aisha had been jolted awake by Harmonies shout, her mental state making it's way to a nearly continually alert one, even when resting. It took Aisha's eyes a matter of seconds to adjust to the low light given her species, and her pupils thin to slits. Her eyes catching the movement as Tsavi gets up in much the same fashion. Both pairs of feline eyes locking onto their target at almost the same time. In a chorus of two, they roar at the beast, and despite Tsavi's normally feminine voice, her roar echoes out with almost as much force as a true beast (Intimidation: 15)
And as soon as possible, Tsavi and Aisha split. Aisha shouting to Tsavi You know what to do against flyers.... Wait for a chance to attack it frrrom behind, and then get out of there!
Even as she shouts, she gets up, using her races natural agility, rolling from prone to standing, and moving as far away from the others as possible, before turning and loosing an arrow (whether now, or when initiative happens however DM want's to handle it) Attack: 23 Damage: 11
Jove is ready to go as well. He pets Tsavi, and speaks like a baby. "And what is your codename, you cutsie bootsie?" scratching behind its ear.
