Ruhvon just snarls at the woman as the deflects her blows. He draws back his animate staff, imbuing it with his druidic magic. With a whip of his wrist the snake leaps forward striking at the leader. The swing of the staff is followed by a cloud of spores that surrounds the woman.
BA: Shillelagh
Attack, Staff of Adder: 14 Damage: 10 (8 piercing, 2 poison from Symbiotic Entity), On hit DC 15 ConST or 15 additional poison
Reaction, Halo of Spores: DC12 ConST or 7 necrotic
Perhaps Ruhvon is still getting used to the new powers of his staff, but the bandit leader just manages to parry the attack with her scimitar.
A cloud of foul-smelling spores wafts from Ruhvon over to the bandit captain. She coughs and tries to resist their effect: 10 It seems she's able to resist the worst of their effects.
She cuts a wide arc with her scimitar, attempting to strike both Ruhvon (18) and Brayton (12). Ruhvon is able to dodge clear but Brayton, still of balance from his earlier reckless attack, is caught off-guard by the unexpected blow, taking 9 slashing damage. Seeing him stagger, the bandit presses her advantage by lashing out with the dagger in her other hand: 20. This attacks also finds its mark, dealing 6 piercing damage.
The next turns are: Laza/Brayton/Erik Other bandits Rothnar Ruhvon Bandit captain
Seeing that the bandit is free from the vines he will aim another [spell]Fire Bolt[/spell at him.
Firebolt: 15
Damage: 2
Who's that aimed at? The Bandit Captain is just outside the vines and is putting up a good fight with Brayton and Ruhvon. There's one bandit entangled in the vines who's shooting with their crossbow and one that's free from the vines and is currently running away at Laza's suggestion.
"Guess these guys are being taught a lesson..."Laza thinks. He then pulls a diamond from his pouch, rolls it in his hand, and from it an orb of lightning flys out towards the leader.

The fire-bolt impacts the bandit with the crossbow who winces with pain at the small puff of flames. He quickly reloads his crossbow and takes aim at Erik, meaning to take vengeance for the attack he just suffered. Attack: 13. The bolt flies straight at Erik's face in an excellently placed shot, dealing 5 piercing damage. The next turns are:
Rothnar/Ruhvon Bandit captain Laza/Brayton/Erik Other bandits
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The snake on the end of Ruhvon's staff bites into the captain, finding purchase in her neck. You see her eyes widen in shock as she tries to resist the poison: 11 but it seems like it's ravaging her system. She falls of one knee and speaks with ragged breaths. "You're right, this isn't a fight we can win. We surrender."
((If you want to talk, we can leave initiative order. If you want to carry on the fight, we'll stay in initiative order - it would be Rothnar's turn)).

(If elected to end the fight):
Brayton moves quickly to rush forward “Drop your weapons.” And will grapple the leader. Looking to the rest of the group “Alright, what lessons do we have for this one here?”
(If elected to continue the fight):
Brayton moves forward to grapple the Bandit leader. “This is enough!” He begins to use his boots to fly straight up into the air.
Taking a moment to breath and take air, Rothnar fires again towards the leader of the bandits when she moves to parry one of the incoming blows of his companions.
Attack: 3 Damage: 19
But this time, instead of going wild, the arrow just deattach from the bowstring and falls to his feet, the horse stepping on it and breaking it. The tense bowstring is released, though, and it scratches the rogue forearm. He curses and looks at the bow as if it has his own will and was decided to hurt him.

The leader tries to push off of her knee on the floor and resist the grapple: 5 Brayton makes a strong grab for them but they just manage to dodge around his arms and elude his grasp.

I'm counting the bandit leader's turn as her attempts to surrender. This means the turn order is now:
Laza Other bandits Rothnar/Ruhvon Bandit captain Brayton/Erik
Seeing the leader attempt to surrender, Laza leans back on his horse and says to the team "Whenever you all are done abusing them, we can be on our way."
(I don’t know why they would try and get out of a grapple if they are giving up)
Brayton relaxes and stops fighting. “Marketable skills, Decency, respect, purpose. Like I said anyone can sit out here and pick on the weak. Only a matter of time till you come across someone that can crush your skull. Y’all need a role model.” Brayton says with a disgruntled tone.

The bandit leader's armour is torn and she bleeds from various wounds and has exposed burns. She pants heavily "So, you'll let us go? But, if you don't want to kill us and take our stuff, why did you attack us?"
"Because you tried to rob us. Maybe if we are going to talk to them you should not hit them so hard on the head guys"says Rothnar.
"We tried to collect a toll for using a road we keep safe! Honestly, it's like you didn't listen! We have a mandate from the council in Berwick. We're literally meant to be doing this to keep the roads safe!"
“I don’t recall anyone saying we weren’t going through your stuff, what’s your take for the day so far?”
Brayton will pause and hold off of combat.
She looks worried. "Umm, it's been quiet. We've taken maybe, 50 gold? You're not going to rob us, are you?"
The sea of swirling vines on bridge descend back into the stonework, leaving the crossbow-wielding fighter free at last. He looks relieved. The other foe Laza suggested ran away is almost out of sight down the road.
Rothnar, looses and arrow from horesback at the female bandit but it flies wide and bounces off of the paved road.
