"Keep them alive" Vhon replies as a whisper pointing at Zin "both of them" he adds gesturing at Floki. Edging forward he keeps his ears peeled for sounds of the enemies moving. "Well, I'm not sure where your friends are coming from but mine are upstairs, raiding your pantries. I think we'll be seeing them before you see yours, if your friends even exist... Sooo, how about you throw down your weapons and we kick the shit out of you if we feel like it, does that sound good to you, my friend?"
Not sure whether you want Deception for the first part of Intimidation for the second but it is the same mod 10
In terms of movement I'm looking to have Vhon be in cover and calling out round the corner. And I'm hoping that Gilly will be able to help at least one of the KO'd guys while the rest of the conversation goes on.
Gilly and Tiro manage to drag the bodies of Zin and Floki back behind cover where Tiro successfully manages to stabilise Floki. Gilly frantcally tries to staunch the blood flowing from where the arrow pierced Zin's chest and whilst he can slow the blood flow down he is unable to staunch it completely.
As Tiro and Gilly tend to their wounded colleagues, Vhon waits for a response from the enemy(?) and after what sounds like a quick whispered discussion, the spokesman yells back "it is distinctly possible that your friends will be here before mine so let us come to some sort of agreement that does not include how did you say kicking the shit out of us!?"
"What did you have in mind?" Vhon calls out round the corner, nodding to Gilly and Tiro to keep working on Zin, he also gestures to Zeph if he can see him, to come a bit closer. "We are simple folk, mostly interested in our continued existence, a nice pile of gold and a lack of grudge-bearing enemies in our lives, maybe you can help us with those things?"

"Well I can promise not to hold a grudge if you leave now, even though you've killed seven of my mates who were also my crew! You can also take what you like from the room you're in"- Vhon has a quick look and counts five bolts of silk and eight casks of brandy "...but if you do I can't promise not to hold a grudge about that!"

"Interesting proposal, I'm not sure I could lift all these casks, can I come back for my crewmates later?" Vhon asks with a small laugh, whilst simultaneously edging round the corner and taking a shot at the caster with his crossbow. As he does he hears the voice come back "You are an idiot, Vhon Cekarn, you will die and your potential will never be realised."
The whispered "**** off" from Vhon is just barely audible to Tiro and Gilly.

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
In case you're allowing for a surprise attack:
As soon as Gilly realizes Vhon is moving to attack, he follows suit, firing as soon as he sees a standing enemy, and then ducking back around the corner to gain cover again. If he notices Vhon just standing there after his shot, he'll pull him out of harm's way as well. :)
Crossbow attack: 21, damage: 8 piercing damage
Crap! Fumble roll: 1 — Oh! That's a good one!
Rolled 1d20 to randomize combatants within 10 feet of intended target and the new attack:
Random combatant roll: 15
New crossbow attack: 24, damage: 7 piercing damage
Tiro ducks out, keeping low and casts sacred flame at the spellcaster for 4 damage, unless he saves. Tiro then continues across to the other side of the chamber, taking cover behind the silk and brandy, heading to the opposite wall. Then staying close to the wall, he advances near to the end of the chamber. If the spellcaster is already down, he will target the most armored humanoid in sight.

The time for talking seems to be over ...
(OOC: it is not a surprise round - I can use Vhon and Tiro's actions but DDP you can repost for Gilly if you like)
Vhon ducks around the corner and quickly looses a successful shot at the speaker which lodges deep in his thigh. He cries out in an angry voice "so that's how it's going to be is it and I thought we had the beginnings of a positive relationship. Just goes to show that you cant trust house invaders!"
As Tiro ducks around the corner he is hit with three glowing missiles (10) and collapses to the ground with a groan.but despite the burn marks in his upper body still manages to call down the sunlit water onto the magic user who (14) who fails to step out of the way and is drenched in the sunlit water.
As Tiro collapses, the human with the longbow takes the opportunity to step forward and loose an arrow at (1-2 Gilly, 3-4 Tiro, 5-6 Vhon) [3] (Attack: 17 Damage: 3) but because of the hurried nature of the shot it caroms off one of the walls and misses.
Tiro is not entirely sure that he can duck back, he was intending to continue on to the other side of the chamber using the silk and brandy for cover. However 11 points of damage is a little much for the triton. I assumed the intiative was simultaneous and the sacred flame the final defiant act of a blue cleric before falling unconscious to the floor.
