The circular room is 40 feet in diameter. Dominating the room is a 20 foot wide gaping hole in the middle of the floor. Several vines are growing up the side of the chasm. On the other side of the room sits a Hobgoblin on a throne flanked by dead looking trees. He is wearing splint mail armor and has a great axe resting against the side of the seat. Two more hobgoblin are leaning peering into the hole. As the door opens, all three turn their heads to you.
"It seems the intruders are no longer out THERE!"

But as he said that, pink bubbles started spawning out of the tip and exploded into a quick to fade pink mist about the Hobgoblin boss, and possibly at least one crony by accident. "Oh.. I still need to work on that." He says as uses whatever movement he has left/needs to to slip back into the previous room at least.
If able to hit the Durnam alone(preferred) or Durname and a hobgoblin(but not any allies), Obsben Cast's Dream Time at 2nd level: 29 HP pool.

[OOC: it kind of depends on what happens to Obsben's sleep spell what Scar would do. Essentially he will be charging into the room and attacking something, but depending n the layout would determine if he is raging and who he is attacking or what his actions are. 1st priority would be Durnn, but if he is asleep, I might just charge another hobgoblin looking into the pit and potentially just shoving one off the ledge and into it. When you get a moment, can we get a map.]
If you take the door as the center of a clock: Scar at 3, Bho at 4.30 and Anton at 6. Obsben left of Anton, Cassius below Bho and Geth somewhere to the right, next to Scar?
I will use my bonusaction to dash (60 moves total) which should allow me to get close to whichever Hobgoblin is still standing. I will use my action to cast Booming Blade Attack: 15 Damage: 15
and then i will use the rest of my moves to move back behind Scar and closer to the wall (no AoO thanks to Swashbuckler)
Thunderdamage if the Hobgoblin should move 4
Extra attack roll if i get advantage thanks to Geths owl 7
(since Scar got a 10ft range, i should be able to get next to the Hobgoblin with none next to me ,eg next to the wall, alowing me to use sneak attack. And if Scar is within 5 feet of Hobgob, i get sneakattack anyway ;) )

Now the question is, do they have the same amount of gravity in this phantasy world or is it slightly less or slightly more, causing the stone to fall faster or slower?
When Scar charges in, Anton will go right on his heels.
