Kai glances over at the mention of her name to listen into the conversation. She chimes in quietly. "If the intention is to cut the head off that bugbear, count my weapons out of it. Waste of divine energy. I say we just bring the corpse out here to the center area. Easy visibility if needed. We could even bring all the other dead ones." Her voice is slightly timid in protest, having returned to her less charismatic and unarguing self once she has calmed, but still remaining threatening to keep the goblin in line. She'll wait for the rest of the group to finish their rests while keeping a look out and ahold of their captive silently.
"As Zeek.. zegk..."He squints at the goblin. "I apologize, I have forgotten your name already -- But if that one there is to believed, they only respect the words of the strong. And without proof of Klarg's death, they'll either attack us on sight, or that Yeemik fellow will make some demands of us. I quite frankly, I at least am no longer in much a mood for goblin sass." He states frankly to Mal then turns to Kai.
"First off, do speak up dear. The fighting may be over, but not of us has the ears of elves."He grins at the half-joke."As for draging the corpse, your suggesting we drag Klarg -- who is, by the way, about as big, and far meatier than Lady Moss and myself just at a glance -- over to the center of the cave? And, what then? Draw the others to see? Who based Little Z's there word, are on the other side of the cave, past that bridge we walked under to get here?" He asks, lofting a brow. "Because... that's not happening. But you know what? It's fine. I will just have to do it the hard way." He says, drawing a dagger as he approached the body.
After spending however long it takes to make sure Klarg kissed the ground, he calmly holds pokes and prods around for intersection in the spine, digs out a slit, then begins the slow process of trying to necrotize flesh and bone at the neck using the principles behind The Hand of Death. Just enough of it to make tearing the head off easier. He goes through the process without flinching from the smell, or even a grimace on his face. Just the pure, dispassionate look of someone completing any other tedious task.
Your Kniefe is sharp and you easily cut through the meat. Your magic prevents the worst of the bloodshed, but it is still a gruesome job. After 4 minutes it becomes clear that you won't be able to separate the spine.
Leona sees you struggle and steps up to you. Putting her knee on the corpses shoulders she uses both hands to grab the head. She twists and pulls the head and you can hear the spine crack. A bit disgusted she drops the head without a word and lets you finish the last few sinews.
Kai, grimacing slightly at the groups task, goes back to being silent and tries to ignore the sounds of them decapitating the body behind her as she keeps a lookout. She looks the slightest depressed, having been embarrassed by both Nobody's joke and her uselessness in their task. If someone is to carry the head, it will definantly not be her and she will try to her best avoid being near or seeing the head as much as possible without being too far from the rest of the group, the goblin firmly in her grip as what she assumes is the best way she can help at the moment.
(I believe we are just waiting on Moss' short rest roll and actions?)
If Nobody notices Kai's discontent, it fails to show on his face. Only his own dead set focus on the work at hand gives away anything. Nobody nods his appreciation to Leona in passing. Once the head is good and severed he holds it up to his face, then shakes his head. "If you were not so heavy, and the imagery not so disturbing, I would be half way tempted to wear you."He says dryly to it before stuffing it under an arm, and completing his rest. The moment everyone is good to go, he slings the bow onto his back for the time being to keep the head in one hand and a dagger in the other.
"Are there any other traps along the way to the eating cave aside from the dam?"He calls out to the goblin.

Kai, like she intended, moves quickly but silently ahead of Leona to lead the way of the group across the bridge, keeping the goblin in a tight grip with the manacles and having him slightly lead the way.
As they walk, Kai will speak to the goblin. "Remember. If any of your group try to attack us, we are your new leaders now. They are to know that. Immediately. No damage is to come from our group or your friends will have to be punished."
She then glances back at Leona, and with her free hand, offers to cast light upon her shield, assuming there is little point in hiding their presence now.
One by one you move forward. First Leona and Mal cross the bridge, followed by Kai and the goblin then Nobody and Hazel and lastly Moss and Ostran.
Even before you turn on the last corner, you smell smoke, poorly cured hides and wet animal. As you get closer, your lights start to illuminate a large cave that is divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment. A steep natural staircase leads from the lower portion to the upper ledge. You can still see the amber of a burned down fire in the northern corner of the chamber. You see several makeshift bunks of wooden planks and straw, but beside that, the cave looks empty.
Kai stops with an annoyed frown and looks around for any signs of an 'eating cave or who they are looking for' before she tightens her grip on the goblin, pulling the chain to get him to make eye contact with her. "There's no one here. Where are your others? Where is the eating cave? Where is the human we seek? Answer me honestly." Her free hand starts to glow again with slight anger and a held sacred flame.

The goblin looks around confused and panicked: ”where is everyone? We are here! Look there is my bed, ... and this is our cooking pot.Where are they?
He tugs on his chains as he tries to point out one of the beds and a big black kettle next to the burned down fire. He nearly starts to cry, his last words are more of a sobbing noise then words.
Moss, you look around and it looks like the cave was left in a hurry. There is still very warm stew in the kettle. Two of the beds look like someone quickly tossed them over to get something from underneath.
Kai you see a large lump of something on the upper level in the shadows. Could be a bag, or maybe a body.
Kai, now that you get closer, you see that it is Sildar, his cloths are dirty, his head is bloody. His face is swollen with bruises. His eyes are closed and his mouth is gaged. His hands and feet are tied.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kai immediately alerts the others and, while keeping a firm grip on the goblin, kneels down beside Sildar to assess him, judging his bodily state with concern.

If he seems in a critical state, Kai will drop a few drops of water onto him, his wounds glowing and cauterizing but not healing over as she casts spare the dying.
Absentmindedly she will comment to the others. "It seems like the cave is ours for now."

Mal sighs.
Do we really need to hack off the head of "Klarg"? Seems a bother to do.
Mal checks the short swords of the Goblins to see if they're sharp enough to do the job.
"As Zeek.. zegk..." He squints at the goblin. "I apologize, I have forgotten your name already -- But if that one there is to believed, they only respect the words of the strong. The goblin is surprised by the sudden question but quick to answer: " no traps in the cave, only on the forrest trail. A snare and a pit."
Leona nods, she grabs a torch in her shield hand and slowly advances to the bridge.

Moss will wander into the cavern to check the fire and possibly see how long it's been left unattended?
Survival: 10
If she sees anything move she will produce flame and just hold it as she knows the others want information.
