Bats do not have any advantage on senses, also if you use the senses of the familiar, you use its modifiers (+1 perception for a bat , blindsight to 60feet)
Margaret:
You get the smell of fresh baked bread and burned peat from the chimney. You don’t see anyone near the inn and Marco isn’t able to pick up any sound from the inside. You see two doors, one in the front and one in the back. The backdoor leads to a small wooden shed, judging by the size, it is most likely a latrine. The whole building is maybe a third of the size of the Stonehill inn. There is a porch on the front and a small extension in the back that may provide access to an upper level window. The windows need to be slid up to be opened, but they all look closed at the moment.
Marco checks several windows. On the east side, you see a living room and a bed room. Both comfortable and tidy. The furniture looks a bit small for your size and the building. On the west side it looks like store rooms, you see several crates and barrels.
"Nobody I need your spirits help. Meet Marco on the roof by the chimney please. There's a store room we can break into. I think would be less likely that we will be noticed there, but I'll need you to follow Marco inside. Doors you know."
She directs Marco to wait for Yanda where he first landed
Zurzg tugs on the corner Margret's cloak as he stands behind her in the darkness, his beady red eyes occasionally flashing as they catch a rare reflection of light. "Zurzg ready to help", he says, toying with the pommel of his scimitar."
Kai lightly Pat's Zurzgs shoulder and whispers. "She cannot hear you right now. But dont worry. You're helping as you are. We have to protect her and Nobody as they scout and are lost in their familiars senses."

Nobody frowns, starts to open his mouth, then remembering the futility in speaking to Margret, a defeated yet amused sounding sigh slips out. "Here is hoping that store room of hers isn't locked then, Zurzg. Otherwise, you might just get your chance to pop over and get handsy." Nobody jests as he settles more comfortably in his seat. Yet, aside from the mental command for Yanda to make their way 'quietly' to the roof, taking over would be reserved for after the fact. "Be back soon." He would utter after, assuming direct control eventually if only to avoid to be more prepared to snap Yanda back into their pocket space.
"Zurzg have nothing to open locks with", the goblin says matter-of-factly as he looks up at the tiefling. "Zurzg try opening tall-folk locks with twigs before, but metal better."
"I... I was referring to breaking it down with... nevermind." the tiefling replied while Yanda first moved into position, chuckling soon after. "Pat us on the shoulder if something comes up." He would say before finally entering Yanda's headspace.

Once the two of you are back with your familuars, Yandar slides open the window. Fortunatly no one thought about locking it. Marco and Yandar both get inside what looks like a store room. You see several empty barrels stacked on one wall and a shelf with glassbotles and stoneware on the other. Oposite the window is a closed door that leads further into the building.
After taking at least a few seconds to look around, (possessed)Yandar flies over to the door for a listen into the other side. Once confident noone would be passing by at the time, he gives whatever latch or nob might be in place in time a try in opening the door at least enough for Marco to flutter on through. If after a peek inside the adjoining area appears open enough for Marco to fly free, 'Yandar' hangs back in the storeroom in a corner to await a signal from Marco to follow after.
Though if the next door proves locked, Marco is insistent he keeps following, the flying monkey makes a show of huffing and following along or shrugging and gesturing for them to return to the others.
Marco looks perturbed seeing that Yanda s personality is much like Nobody's then the group hears a quiet giggle come from Margret with the thought oh of course this is him said in a whisper.
she shrugs Marco flys to the door and hangs upside down points at it and at yanda and repeats a few times to make a point.
He, she listens with bat ears

Wow a 19 If i dont use the roll above it would be 21
Small misunderstanding on your side here, a bat has a perception bonus of +1 or a passiv perception of 11.
Neither of you hears anything on the other side of the door so Yandar opens the unlocked door. Before you is a short coridor, you see a door to your left stairs leading down to your right and a door with a padlock ahead of you.
Margret with Marcos hightend hearing, you can hear one person walking downstairs, from time to time you hear metal and stoneware cling.
"Zurzg can you use my thieves tools? Tap my shoulder once if you can. Kai if you think Zurzg could get into the Inn without being scene or heard go ahead and hand him my thieves tools, Zurzg you can get in via the open window
Kai carefully removes the thieves tools from Margaret's pocket, offering them to Zurzg. and nodding. "I believe you can help them if you feel you are capable for it." She hands him the tools with a believing smile and nods to the window.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zurzg taps Margret's hip, not being tall enough to reach her shoulder easily, while giving her a look she can't see, that suggests he had no intention of eating the bat. Signalling for assistance from Kai in getting up the window, he ascends as nimbly as he is able.
Acrobatics: 15
Once inside, Zurzg attempts to quietly make his way to the padlocked door, eyeing the winged monkey suspiciously as he passes it.
Stealth: 23
Approaching the door, the goblin holds the selection of picks and locks in front of his face. Selecting one of the implements, he slides it into the lock and begins fiddling with it.
Thieves' Tools: 8
I figure Kai could help Zurzg climb through the window (leg up, etc), so I'm rolling Acrobatics (assuming you'd want that to get in the window) with advantage.
Just to make sure, Kai went with Zurg out of the ruined building into the backyard of the Sleeping Giant Taphouse.
Margret, Nobody, MAltake, Ree’lyn and Moss stayed in the abandoned building.
Also climbing up is Athletics check. I understand that Acrobatic can be helpfull, so next time: roll one Acrobatic(normal) and one Athletic( with advantage).
Anyhow, you rolled a 15 and a 18, that is good enough for this one.
Zurg, inside the building the smell of baked bread and burned peat gets even stronger. But you also get a hint of alcohol smell from the empty barrels in the store room.
You as you start to work the lock, you get a feeling for the mechanics inside the lock, but somehow your tools slip in the last moment, just before you finis the job
