Kai nods in agrreance and let's out a breath of relief. "We should continue forward. Unless anyone has any reason not to."

Heading out of the room, you'll notice a door leading to what could be a small room (next to where the armor was) and all the way across the area with the armor you'll see another room that should be around the same size as the one your are exiting.

Kayla eyes the doors suspiciously trying to judge if they will be one of the house's surprises.

"Small Room first. Because I am small." - the Svirfneblin smiles more at ease with the creepy surroundings and events.

Investigation 9

Benito follows the rest of the parties lead, Halberd in hand.

Opening the door tho this small room reveals dusty shelves lining the walls of this room. A few of the shelves have folded sheets, blankets, and old bars of soap on them. There's also a cob-web covered broom.

"I have never seen most of these items, let alone have a room just for them. But I suppose this is all meant for cleansing." - Bukowyr looks a bit confused and somewhat disappointed it is not whatever he expected that could be behind these doors.

Kai shrugs as she peers into the small room. "Hmm... Seems just like a slightly larger closet for eaning supplies and other small items. Unless there is anything of interest, we can move on." 

"With what we've experienced so far. Assumptions have only led us to disadvantageous positions."

Benito, inspects the room for any hidden panels or switches.

Investigation 10

Are walking into the room? Or how are you investigating it?

Kai raises her hand to stop everyone and eyes the broom with narrowed eyes. "Wait a minute.... Something here isn't right..."

Kai will then hold a sacred flame on her tips, taking a small step backwards from the closet to get a little distance from it, speaking lowly to the group.. "The broom is enchanted... Perhaps all of us with range destroy it from a distance while the others stay back with us?"

As she prevents anyone to get close to the broom or the room in general, she will look to the more knowledgeable spellcasters.

"No surrender, devilish broom! Thy end is nigh!" - more out of jest than anything, the Svirfneblin draws his now and places an arrow to its cord, bending it as much as his strength allows it.

Attack with how and arrow 16 for 5 piercing damage

The broom falls to the floor from the impact of Bukowyr's as any other broom would, however, seconds after that it hovers and points it's broom end towards Bukowyr.
