Breena and Elpseth are able to make it to the place sixty feet from the camp where Soar and Jalt are hiding. The raiders at the camp seem not to notice that anyone is around.
Elspeth, even more cautious after her close brush with disaster, leans towards Soar and Jalt to whisper, "I saw three humans and four kobolds. I'm guessing they're not just simple travelers. They're not doing much right now; just cooking."
"Do you think they are scouting? Straggling behind the main group? Lying in ambush for people like us?"Soar asks, as quietly as she can whisper.
"Whatever they are doing, it seems pretty clear we should take them out given what they've done to Greenest. Right? I suppose we could bypass them but it would be helpful if we could question one of them about the camp and anything else we should know about trying to approach it. I have a crazy idea. Could we try to get them to fight each other? Is there a way to make a sound like the humans are insulting the kobolds, or throw a rock at the humans from the direction of the kobolds, to make the humans try to retaliate and then as they start fighting we can lie in wait and pick off the survivors?"
Jalt nods as he considers the information relayed to them and turns to Soar. Could we confuse the kobolds? The little ones don't have to see us, [in draconic] ...but hear us. He pauses. We throw few ideas at them, the name of the dragon. We instigate and push them to attack.

Jalt looks to Elspeth and Breena. Can you guide us to where the kobolds are? Soar and I will try and get them riled up in draconic. They will think that their dragon brothers are commanding them, hopefully. Then we can take advantage of that situation.

"Are we going to be always-invisible but still normal and mortal dragon brothers? Won't they get a little suspicious about that? Can you channel Bahamut a bit and add in some supernatural, thaumaturgical effects so they think it's the dragon queen herself telling the true dragonkin (kobolds) to attack the human heretics pretending to be dragonsworn? While we stay out of sight?" Soar says.
Jalt shakes his head. We do not have to remain hidden the entire time. We can get their attention and have them come to us. Both of us speaking to each other and to them in draconic will ease their minds. We shall convince them that the humans have been ordered to kill the kobolds once their job is finished. And that we were attacked, by a group of humans, that resemble the ones that are with them now.

"Okay, I trust you on this one, my friend," Soar tells the dragonborn. She looks to Elspeth and Badger for any feedback or approval. If they agree, she tries to make the stolen cultist robes she has on look well settled on her armor, and readies herself to follow Jalt's lead, heading to a place of his choosing from which to make an overture to the kobolds. If she can help him with the performance she will happily do so and prepare a javelin to throw if things go terribly wrong.
You all picked up fake clothes, whatever you needed, back in Greenest. If you are wearing the raiders' armour, it is standard leather. You can wear robes over your armour, although you didn't see any cultists doing so. Or you could take off your armour and just wear cultist robes. Could everyone please update your character sheet to show how you are dressed, as it will affect your AC if we get into combat.
Elspeth gives an exaggerated shrug. "If you want information, then yes, we might as well try subterfuge first and attack later. There's certainly already some animosity between the humans and the Kobolds, but you'll have to sneak around the humans."
Elspeth wouldn't have spent the time putting on the raider's armor, if it's convenient right now she would shrug on the robes over her armor but otherwise will go as she is.
Jalt nods to Elspeth. Well then, let's see if we can't sneak around and get to the kobolds. He places a hand on Elspeth's shoulder and casts GuidanceLead the way.

Before they get closer, Soar tries to get everyone on the same page that if their gambit with the kobolds doesn't work and the jig is up, she'll whistle sharply and that would be a good trigger to fire at the farthest humans (she's basically asking everyone to ready an attack action, if that works).
She tries to daintily get a bit closer, following Elspeth's navigation, and Jalt's performative lead, attempting to help however she can with his idea.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Sounds like a plan, so long as you guys are comfortable doing the talking."Elspeth nods, then turns around and then cautiously leads the way towards the Kobolds while circling around to the opposite end of where the humans are standing. If you are all attempting to get close enough to talk to the kobolds without being noticed by the humans, that will require a Stealth check from everyone.
Remember that the kobolds are sitting twenty feet away from the humans at the fire; talking to them without attracting any attention at all will be extremely difficult.
Everyone make a stealth check if you are approaching to thirty feet from the camp or less.
Elspeth in the lead is able to guide you all so that you are closer to the kobolds, on the opposite end of the camp to the humans, but still around forty feet away in order to avoid attention. This is the point at which you are approaching. Elspeth goes a little ahead, and is able to do so without the kobolds or humans noticing; she is now about twenty feet from the kobolds (behind a rock), with the rest of you about twenty feet behind her.

Oh Soar kept her armor and just tried to wear a cultist robe over it, trying to pick one that doesn't look to ridiculous.
If I recall, there weren't any robes small enough for Breena so she's just in her regular clothes/armor

(As a cleric, Jalt would never take off the holy vestments of his god. He'd hope the raiders are to dumb to differentiate between dragon god symbols)
