"Alright! I guess I will play a different tune then!" Chip would growl as he runs his jaw before quickly swinging the instrument with both hands down on one of the two orcs struggling to get loose.
Attack: 22 Damage: 9
After pulling his bloody lute from the orc, he would growl towards the orcs as his nostrils flare and smike rolls from his mouth. "I swear I will cook you alive and eat you if you keep trying to escape!" He would roar as he holds the blade of his lute to the struggling orcs throat.

As the Orc jumps up and punches Chip, Rekuburk slams his maul into it and it is killed. Chip, in retaliation, steps in and smashes his war lute into another orc killing it just as Krom steps in and head butts the 3rd as it tries to get free of its bonds. That orc see's stars and falls unconscious.
There is now only 1 living orc, tied up, and unconscious, unable to hear or react to any threats made to it.
A short time later Chill reemerges from the house and is able to report that the house is empty. The the orcs have ransacked it and its pretty messy and he did not search it for anything but the living. He found a cellar door but did not explore deciding to wait for the others.
"I guess we need more ropes... stronger ropes maybe?" Chip would say breathing heavily as he looks down the the last living orc. When Chill reports that the house is empty, The brass scaled dragonborn would rub his sore jaw. "maybe we should check out that cellar once we secure this orc"
"Or chains."Rhogar says calmly, having watched events unfold but trusted the others to handle things. Only the stark rise in the smell of Ozone about the dragonborn betrayed any sense of concern, however fleeting it may have been, over the dastardly orcs. "Sadly, unless Master KROM would like to turn some of their arms to chain, I don't think they'll be much more we can do except tighten the ties."
He frowns ever so slightly then looks to the others. "Seeing as it shouldn't take no more than one to keep an eye on this, think I'll volunteer for the task if its alright with the rest of you folk?"

Kazri is relieved that Chill was not in danger. She goes to the remaining living Orc, to make sure he doesn't cause any further trouble. Also, she will be on the look out if more Orcs comes to the farm.

"Its empty, I didn't find anyone inside, but the orcs really made a mess of the place. I didn't do a thorough search though, but there are no orcs or other enemies inside, I know that for sure. There is a cellar but I didn't explore that area yet."
Upon seeing the mess of orcs,
"I see negotiations aren't going well. Maybe we just slit the throat of the last orc and be done with the stinky mess of them."
Chip would shrug. "We may still have to kill him depending on his attitude when he wakes back up..." He would say before moving into the house. "I am going to explore that cellar though. If I was going to hide, that is where I would be!" he would say as he shifts the grip on his lute with both hands. The large dragonborn would then make his way through the house and attempt to head down into the cellar.
"It will take me about 1 hour for craft a set of chains, Rhogar, I doubt that he will sleep that long." replies Krom. "I will join you two in the exploration of that cellar." Krom will follow Chip and Chill inside the house.
As Kazri and Rhogar keep an eye on the unconscious orc Chill, Krom and Chip enter the house. (Rekuburk can decide where he wants to go)
The front door of the house leads into the kitchen, which holds a large butter churn, worktables, shelves of foodstuffs and ale, and hanging pots and pans. Atop a small table is a skull-shaped wooden butter mold. Foodstuffs are strewn around and dirty orc boots have made a mess of the floor. The cabinets are thrown open and stuff lies around broken open and ruined.
The dining room contains two wooden trestle tables flanked by benches. Cattle skulls on the walls add to the decor. A downstairs closet contains shelves holding dinnerware, most of which has been thrown to the ground and smashed.
Searching for a stairway down you only find stairs up. You head upstairs and find a number of bedrooms with opened footlockers contains once neatly folded clothing and worthless personal effects that have been tossed around.
A large master bedroom has a large bed and a bulky cedar wardrobe dominates this room, which also has framed paintings of landscapes hanging on the walls.
You also find an office with a desk buried under stacks of ledgers and papers.
Rhogar shrugs. "After getting knocked out twice, I would hope otherwise. BUT, I defer to your judgement, Master Krom. You westerners have far more experience dealing with these so called Orcs than my own."Rhogar settles into sitting across form the Orc, staff in his laps, and a half-asleep expression on his face in seconds.

Chip would examine the large bulky cedar wardrobe and open it. "Perhaps someone could be hiding out inside of here?" The dragonborn would say as he looked to the others before attempting to open it.

Krom shuffles through the papers but finds only paperwork
Chip, however, spots a hidden compartment at the bottom of the wardrobe and when he opens it he pulls out a extremely well made, light set chain mail armor which he is certain is made of mithril
Rekuberk is going to follow after the group that went into the house, keeping his weapon at the ready incase anymore orcs are around. As the rest go upstairs he continues to follow them. "Nice set of armor. If I bothered wear any it would be a good choice."
