Waltyr growls at the creature as Herman slices cleanly through a weak spot. Making sure it's good and dead, Watlyr gives it a kick before looking back to the tower. He calls out, "You can come out now. I don't think it'll be bothering you anytime soon."
Kelden kicks the Manticore to make sure it's dead, then turns Nikolaus.
Thank you for getting me back on my feet, this beast put up more of a fight than I expected. Now it's just something Thrann can make a new hat from.
Then Kelden turns to the building and calls out to the woman.
Lady, are you okay? We took care of this unpleasant visitor of yours. Maybe you could let us in to take shelter within the walls of your home for we have to rest and treat our wounds.
<< I'm alright, thank to your companion over there>> Kelden is pointing at Nikolaus
. <<My head still rings like a Bell, that ...thing sure hit hard, but there is nothing a good night of sleep can't fix. By the way, you guys caused some serious wounds. I know what Herman is capable of but there is a lot more in you Waltyr than what one would expect from looking at you. I' m glad we teamed up, this could have ended a Lot worse. >>
Kelden Pulls the Spike out, that is still dangeling from his chain Mail, give it a disgusted look and throws it to the ground. He then turns his attention back to the building.
Watlyr nods humbly in response to the praise. He then looks over Kelden to see if there is anything he can do to tend to the woulds (Medicine: 10)
Reaching down, Watlyr grabs the dart he threw at the best, still sticking firmly in the hide. "We should check on the lady of the tower. Make sure she's okay as well."He walks to the base of the tower and gives the door a hearty knock though their presence didn't need to be announced at this point.
Waltyr waits patiently at the door, his adrenaline from the fight slowly going back to normal levels. He dusts off his robes and tries to look presentable the best he can.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kelden joins Waltyr at the door, waiting for it to open. Keeping a watchful eye towards the sky since there could be a second one of these beasts close by.
An old human woman answers the thick, sturdy door. "My thanks for dealing with that creature! I wasn't sure it would get through my door, but it was certainly trying."
She beckons you to come insode and offers you some tea and food.

Adabra Gwynn I suppose. My name is Kelden Faroso Sigfried von Fellbach and first of all, thank you for your generosity and hospitality, it is very much appreciated. We came here in deed to find you, but not because of your potions. The people of Phandalin were worried about your well being after rumors spread about a white dragon threatening this region. They sent us to find you and escort you to the town.
Kelden will take some of the tea and food and then tries to find a spot where he can rest until his head stops ringing.
Waltyr greets the woman and gladly accepts entry inside. "I'm just glad that you are safe,"he says calmly. "Lovely place you have here."Waltyr looks over the room as he becomes more familiar in the setting. "I fear that creature may have been hungering for more than just a roast or a ham. Does this happen often here?"
Herman seekng his friend Kelden so in trouble forgets all about tactics and roaring focuses all his might on the sword

Herman pants a lot, drying the sweat from his forehead and removing the wolf hat from his head.
He looks a little tired but relieved Kelden is alive and kicking. What his friend said about the others is true: they are worthy companions

Watlyr smiles as he's offered the tea. He sips it carefully as he listens to her talk about the current situation.
"There is a reason that we're here," he attempts to explain to her once she's settled.
"I haven't seen any white dragon around here. Hardly seems a reason for me to trek all the way into town and uproot myself."
"That beast had been out there for a few minutes before you showed up, didn't look like it had made any progress towards breaking down my door."
