(How far would I be from the Dwarves now? The first round I had skirted around the wall towards them and keeping away from the enemies, using my full 30ft.)
Seeing that he missed the paralyzed leader, Uther hooks his crossbow and pulls out his axe. he sees the two minions run towards his companions, he slashes at one of them with his axe.
Attack: 7 Damage: 13
He then runs towards the Leader with a jump brings down the axe on his head.
Cade - Seeing Laeivis take damage and Uther attack he will casts Hideous Laughter on the Gnoll that Uther did not attack in an effort to have another enemy down. Seeing Saerirra attempting to get to the dwarves he will give her Bardic Inspiration by saying, "Go! Get them out of here!".
Saerirra nods to Cade after feeling the inspirational magics begin flowing through her as she makes her way closer to the captives.
Movement: Towards the captives but keeping 40ft from the cultists guarding them
Main Action: Saerirra shouts to them in angry Draconic, "Get away from them!" and casts Dissonant Whispers on one of them. Wisdom Save, DC 14. If it fails, 9 Psychic damage and it must immediately use its reaction to move as far from me as possible. Half damage on success.

You are now 10 feet away from them
(Is that with the next round actions I just posted?)

Laievis grunted and lost his hold on the Gnoll leader. Minions were too close to do anything but fight with them, he lifted his stuff with both hands and struck the closest attacker: Attack: 16 Damage: 2

You start your round 10 feet from them. You may use your movement this round to close that gap. But you already used your action to cast a spell

(So the answer to my question is yes, in other words. 10ft from the captives unless my decision to keep 40ft from the cultists takes me further.)
Uther misses his attack of opportunity, but lunges at the Leader and slashes him with his axe, leaving a nasty cut...
Saerrira casts Dissonant whispers on one of the Gnoll Cultists...he rolls a 6 on his Wis Save, and takes the full 9 Psychic damage, then using his reaction to move 30 feet from her. So Cultist 1 is now 70 feet away from Saerrira, and Cultist 2, still attacking Laeivis, is exactly 40feet away from Saerrira.
Cade casts Hideous Laughter on Cultist 2 (the one who HASNT taken any damage yet), and he rolls a 5 on his Wis Save...fail! He falls to the ground, laughing hysterically...
Laievis, after his concentration was broken, strikes at Cultist 2 with his staff...his attack is a miss, but the Gnoll is now prone (thanks to Cade), so he gets advantage on his attack...roll again. Also, Cultist 1 flees from Saerrira, and moves away from Laeivis, therefore Laeivis gets an attack of opportunity against Cultist 1, who runs to the other side of the room.
The two Gnoll Cultists are currently "stuck": one in the back of the room, cowering and unable to move (since he already took his 30 feet to flee from Saerrira), and the other one rolling on the floor at Laeivis's feet, howling in laughter...
However, the Leader is no longer paralyzed, and takes 3 attacks on Uther: Bite(9-miss), Claw1(12-miss), Claw2(22-hit): Uther takes11 slashing damage!(max damage)
Peshley hurls another 3 magic missiles at the Leader, who grunts again in pain. He is starting to look a bit bloodied...
Saerirra will pull out the teddy bear and run up to the little dwarven girl.
"Do you know how to use this? I discovered it has magic. Can it aid us against these things?" She would set the teddy bear at the girl's feet while she tries to undo her chains. (Not sure if there's a roll there. Also, I'm assuming that would take up my main action, if not my entire turn, but if I'm allowed a bonus action, then I will just note it here just in case.)
Bonus Action: Cast Mage Hand to try to undo the bindings of another dwarf at the same time, if possible

Cade - Surprised that he sees the Leader attack Uther in such a devastating manner that Uther falls to the ground after the attack Cade quickly casts Healing Word willing Uther to not die.
As Saerrira shows her the Teddy Bear, the little Dwarven girl's face lights up, and tears of joy roll down her cheek..."Mister Growly, defend me!!! "
The stuffed toy animal in Saerrira's hand bursts into magical energy, as it immediately polymorphs into a live, full sized Cave Bear. The Bear lets out a mighty roar, and rushes towards the Gnoll Leader!
The Gnoll leader slashes Uther with his claw (leaving his health at 17/28 hp). Uther stumbles as the weight of the hit brings him to his knee. He uses his axe to steady himself . He gets up looks the Gnoll dead in the eye then swings his axe in a full circle before making contact .

(That is awesome! I figured it would turn into some beasty or another. But what about my efforts on freeing the girl and/or the nearest Dwarf to her with Mage Hand? Did I manage to free one or both of them while the bear charged the gnoll, or do I need to roll for one or both of my attempts at unbinding them?)

Either gnolls did not want to die or Laievis become too true to his patron and sabotaged his own attempts to kill a living thing. Most likely it was gnolls.
Elf did not see the new participant of the battle but only his attackers: Attack: 4 Damage: 4
