She raises her hands in a non-threatening manner and slides on her flippers and other swimming gear.
Sliding off of the Plesiousaur's back and signalling to Tam and X to be ready to swim on their own, she swims up its neck and kissing it on the cheek. It gives her a side-eye and then bursts into a school of minnows, which swirl around Tori in a tornado of fins momentarily before disappearing into the blue depths.
Turning to the merfolk, she wonders what the hell to do next, trying to look friendly while holding her Sentinel Shield's eye in their direction.

According to Tam's calculations, the planar junction between the plane of Water and the Spike seems to be located directly under the Citadel...within about half a mile from their current location...
Tam looks up from fumbling in her bag for the conch shell and has a sad about the merfolk leaving. Her fault for not getting it in time!
She places it in a more accessible area and gestures at the others to follow her. She then heads towards the city, its Citadel, and the prison plane beyond.
As she gets closer to the city, she'll try and make for the path of least resistance. Avoiding barriers (eg. walls), hindrances, (eg. more soldiers), and curious onlookers, if possible.
As Tam Tori and X make their way through the Merfolk City, they can't shake the feeling that they're being followed....
The "radar" points them towards one of the seedier side of the Citadel, where Tritons and Kuo Toas seem to be in the majority....they definitely stick out of the crowd and get a lot of bad looks, like a group of Tourists in the wrong side of town.
Tam's compass leads them through a flooded underground sewer system, where the water is murky and foul. Both of them need to roll a Constitution save DC 15 or gain the sickened condition.
Out of an incoming tunnel, 4 Sahuagins corner the Party, and attack them with their harpoons!
Tori, steps back and wrinkles her nose at the foul scent, trying to hold back her vomit as readies her scimitar and shield.
She scans the ceiling and for any loose bricks or sharp protrusions as she spits bile from her mouth and groans, glancing to make sure the others are ready.
Torment bangs her scimitar against her shield and shouts, her voice echoing down the tunnel towards the beasties.
"Nuru itakuangamiza!!"
A crackling bolt of light spirals down the sewer, brightly illuminating the walls as it seeks its quarry.

OOC - nope, I just looked up grumpy Teifling. :-P I think it may be from one of the source books actually. I know, we should all try harder to credit artists... I am guilty.
OOC -If the thread is dead, please scale the upcoming fights for me and I will continue to play alone. I'm going to give this... 3 days before continuing the battle alone if that's cool with you, Boss. I'd be down to merge with another group after finishing this quest, if it's even possible for one player. I think I can do it!
Tam has suddenly come to her senses (and has a working computer at home for the moment). She's been so focused on her compass, she's completely taken aback by being attacked. Thank goodness Tank Girl Tori is here!
Sickness CON = 3

The gladness soon lessens, as she realizes she's must fight!
The pain is what brought her all the way back, and now she's a little miffed. Putting her aggressor in her sights, she stows the compass and takes out her rapier, "You are one ugly seahorse!"
That's a lot of item interactions, but if she gets a bonus action, she'd like to cast Hunter's Mark.
Torment glances back at the others and shrugs.

Sahuagins rolled a 16 on their Initiative.
Tori may take her turn, since she rolled higher than the Sahuagins
