As the ship rights itself, Tam is in full blown swear mode. She reengages her catapult for another flaming volley, as she shouts, "Where the hell did they come from?! " Instinct takes over and she's snaps into solider mode, "Every gnome to the candypults! Take those bastard down!"

Tam's volley hits the Ennemy ship, dealing serious damage to it. The glowing crystal on the small island remains intact, as more Krampus ships seem to be approaching in the distance...
Elwin may still take his action (he passed his Dex save and is still in the Cargo Hold). X may still take his turn, which will include an athletics (swim) check DC 13 to move through the water. Him and Tori are still only 15 feet away from the ship.
Then new round, Tori summons a Plesiosaurus (who will just act on her initiative), and the Bad Guys will go
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elwin's thoughts flashed away suddenly, and he turned to look around. With a sigh of relief, he realized he'd not actually been blown off the ship. Still... the cannonballs coming their way weren't exactly very inviting.
He turned to race up to the deck, but found himself stopping... he couldn't help it, he HAD to grasp a handful of gold. Or two. Several of the santa-stamped coins fell to the floor as he shoved both hands into his backpack, depositing what remained. He could still breathe underwater, he figured--the weight shouldn't be an issue. There was a pang of guilt, which he found confusing, but he figured that if he was stopping the end of the world, he wasn't doing it for free. Gritting his teeth at being so soft, he dashed up on deck to see where the others were and to take stock of the situation.
Elwin will grab as much gold as he can with two hands and stuff it before running up on deck. He's still got the wand, but it requires attunement so he can't use it to help out yet.
Perception Check to see where everyone is: 6
BTW - Obviously, it's completely up to the DM as far as how many gold coins Elwin manages to grab.
Tori rides the cannonball all the way to a nearby Allie ship, where it just drops on the deck, to the Gnomish crew's surprise! She may still summon her Plesiosaurus if she so wishes
Tam may indeed only take one candypult attack every round, since it's a heavy siege weapon, and needs to be loaded.
Elwin manages to scoop up 1500 GP from the chest this turn.
X is kind of "paddling" around the wavy waters, trying to get back onto the ship...at least his floaties prevent him from sinking/drowning...and he still has his Santa Hat (OOC: only Character to rock a Santa Hat during the Christmas Special by the way, kudos...)
Another Ennemy cannonball volley is unleashed on the ship where Tam and Elwin are, but they rolled a nat1 on their attack...
Tam, Elwin and X may take their turns, followed by Torment (beginning of new round)
(( OOC: How far away are the two enemy ships from the edge of the one we're on? Also, are the only notable things visible on the deck the Candypults and the gnomes manning them? ))
Elwin glared at the enemy ships still launching their attacks at them. He didn't exactly consider himself a military strategist, but it seemed that two versus one wasn't going to end well for them. Maybe if they could narrow that as quickly as possible....
"The more damaged ship!" he yelled out to the gnomes manning the remaining candypults. "Everyone focus your fire on that one ship!"
"Follow her lead!" he added, pointing toward Tam, who he just noticed.
That bit done, the warlock frantically began looking for the ship's wheel. He didn't know ships, but he'd seen others steer them, and now looked like as good a time as any to try it out.
First, Persuasion Check to try to direct the gnomes firing on the opponent: 9
Next, Elwin will look for the helm and the ship's wheel. If he spots it, he'll either (1) take hold of it himself (if it's unmanned,) or (2) forcefully direct the gnome(s) manning it to follow his instructions.
He'll try to steer the ship itself (directly or indirectly) next turn.
Tam pauses for a millisecond to throw serious side-eye at Elwin, "On MY orders, disable to the other ship! Keep them from firing on the island. We'll sink 'em after! FIRE ALL ROUNDS!
Torment finds herself landing on the gnomish ship again as she bails from a cannonball to the deck.
This has been a fun week– she thinks as she wheels around, trying to track down her plesiosaurus.
She sights her Fey pet in, seeing beast’s long neck swinging in the air as it bellows its discomfort. This battleground is no place for such a magnificent submarine beast!
She decides to at least give it some direction and focuses her mind on the damaged enemy ship, trying to see the captain… she lets her will build, raising her right hand, fingers spread wide, toward the opposing force. Green energy begins swirling around her, phantom leaves and dust swirling in a dance of powerful magic. It comes into focus in her palm and beams towards the ship. With her other hand, she waives her dinosaur forward to find and attack either the captain, or the boatswain if it can find them.
It dips slowly and smoothly beneath the waters, gliding quickly towards the enemy as stealthily as possible. As it reaches the gunwale, its head bursts from the blue and it snaps its neck towards its quarry…
Dino Stealth - 5
Dino Perception to find the captain or another officer / boatswain (if not, the first thing it sees is lunch!) - 5
The Plesiosaurus has a 10 foot reach, and therefore cannot be attacked by standard melee weapons (I guess besides a lance?)
(OOC - I just realized that Torment is on a ship 180 feet away... well shit. The plesiosaurus will move 40 feet through the water then, with no stealth it seems, closing the gap to 140 feet - this is what I'm assuming based on what I read up top... if I'm actually on the enemy ship, then the plesiosaur will attack as originally planned LOL)
(OOC: I'm entirely confused. How many enemy ships and how many ally ships are there? Tam is on the heavily damaged gnome ship, correct? Is it going down? Tori is on the other unaffected ship? Are they actually trying to fire at the island or just us? So many weeds. ;] )
Tori is on an Allied Gnomish ship 60 feet away from the one Tam Elwin and X are on (X managed to swim/climb back onboard).
Her Plesiosaurus may be in the water already, and take a dash action if she wants (double movement)
The Gnome captain onboard Tori's ship yells at his crew. "Fire at the Crystal! There are too many Ennemy ships! We must destroy that Crystal before it's too late!
The Two closest Ennemy ships are both120 feet away from Tam Elwin and X's ship, and 180 feet from Tori's ship. And there are dozens more coming in...
Tam fires one of the Candypults on the same Ennemy ship as last round, and hits it again! The ship is now completely engulfed in flames, and sinking. The remaining Krampus pirates onboard jump off the sinking ship.
Meanwhile, Elwin makes it back to the deck, and tries to shout orders at the Gnomes, but they are too busy loading and firing the Candypults. He is going to have to steer the Ship himself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Plesiosaurus continues to glide smoothly beneath the waves, moving as swiftly as possible, but diverting its course to head directly towards the island to surveil the shores.
With the last dash action and this one, I suppose that would be a 160 feet movement. I’m not sure if that places the dino at the island shore or what. If it can begin moving around the island within this move, then.
Dino Perception to gather intelligence about the island, any defenses, enemies or items of interest – 23
As she watches the faint ripples move at high speed away from the ship she stands upon, Tori turns and vaults herself up to the navigation platform, giving the little gnome at the helm a rather rump away from the wheel, so she can crank it towards the nearest enemy ship.
Not trying to damage, just move the lil guy. I guess hit and athletics check:
With a solid "bootybump", Tori shoves the Gnomish Helmsman aside, and grabs the wheel! Meanwhile, the Plesiosaurus dashes towards the Island with the glowing Crystal, gets about 40 feet from its shores, and spots about fifteen Devils on it. The island is roughly 40 feet by 40.
The Ennemy fleet unleashes another volley, getting a lowly 5 and 8 on their attack rolls...lucky you...
The rest of the Party may now take their turn!
