Once everyone signed the legal paper amarondor takes it and looks it over, giving you all a nod of approval.
"Good luck on your mission." He says as he gets to his feet, slipping the contract through a slot in the desk and letting it slip out of sight. At that moment the door opens and Kass stands there once more. "Kass, right on time as usual." amarondor says. "They will be traveling to Phandalin it seems." he says with a smile for her. "Very well." Kass gives him a nod of acceptance. "If you will follow me, we can get you the items you will need to perform franchise work." She turns and pauses long enough for you to all catch up, then heads off down the lavishly decorated hall once more. her walk is brisk, not giving you much time to dally or to ask her questions. Her silken dress sways with her movement, nearly mesmorizing in its beauty. The walk is a bit longer this time though, going nearly around to the far side of the level. You come to a plain-looking door this time, which she opens to reveal a storage room. Inside is gear that is related to the various positions of a franchise. cartographer tools, horns, calligrapher’s supplies, etc. She looks you each over and starts handing out the items, somehow knowing who should get what. If asked how she knows she will give the person a smile and tell them that she has done her research. She then continues to work on getting everyone the things they need.
Once everyone is equipped with their franchise equipment, she leads you around and back to a door close to where you had your meeting. Opening this door she waves you inside and then closes the door with her inside with you.
"We have a very expediant way of getting you to where you need to go." She explains as she moves to the far side of the room and says a command word. Immediatly the wall there forms a door that she reaches out and grasps the handle of, pulling it inward. It opens up into a small room. She steps into the doorway without any hesitation, leading the way through. You all feel a bit of a jolt as you step across, but it passes quickly. "Welcome to your headquarters." Kass says as the door behind you simply disappears, leaving no sign of its existance. "It is locally known as Tresendar Manor..." The place has the feel of being underground, with passages and tunnels. Exploring you find it is truly an underground complex, with a single bedroom, which Kass has clearly already taken as her own, a jail cell, two barakes-style sleeping chambers, a large central cavern with a rifth across the center. (Basicly it is the Tresendar Manor from Lost Mine if you want to read up on it more.
"We took over this place after a group known as Redbrands used it as a base a while back." Kass informs the group as they start looking around.
"I will let you get settled." Kass says then, moving to the office/bedroom she has claimed. "Let's meet up in the conference room once you have all gotten settled. Say one hour?" You find the conference room just off her chambers, where the wizard's lab was in the Lost Mine module.

Please look over the Tresendar Manor if you wish, in Lost Mine. You can modify it a bit if you wish, adding bedrooms or workrooms and such, or make use of what is already in the details in Lost mine. Just let me know what you are doing.
Fyste will try to find a place to set up his newly acquired alchemist supplies, the storeroom/work (area 7) area seems ideal for it as well as prepare for other to be obtained kits, probably drag one of the bed in as well. Then will set about identifying possible location for traps and ways to secure the place if attacked before making his way to conference room.

Last Tree Standing, after poking around the place, decides that Room 2 seems the best place to set up hoardskeeping, and is conveniently close to the water fountain. She sets down the storage equipment that the company has issued her, and makes a test of her new Network Supply powers by ordering some saddlebags for future use. 21

Reginald will walk trough the Manor's basement looking for a suitable place to place his belongings. He comes to settle down into Area 9 setting up what few belongs he has, pushing the extra beds against a far wall to make some additional room. He will then move into the room with the chasm to check it out and see just where the cave entrance goes to. At which he point he will make his wasy back to the conference room to meet everyone else.

As everyone gathers in the conference room Kass comes in and takes a seat at the table. She gives everyone friendly smiles and greets those who arrive after her with words of welcome. Towards the end of the group filing in another man comes walking in, taking a seat next to Kass. He is a bookish-looking man. He has a folder that he lays on the table before him.
"Ok, I see everyone is present and accounted for." She says once everyone is there. She has the air of someone who knows what they are about, as if she has done this sort of thing before. You would notice the silver flecks in her eyes are no longer there as she glances around at the group of you. She is also wearing a pendant, a large gemstone, on a thong around her neck now. It does not go with her silk dress very well, and is something new since coming to Phandalin. "This is Walter Loridge." Kass introduces the bookish man. "He is your franchise's Documancer." "Good day." Walter says, glancing around the group. "We have been contacted by Harbin Wester, Phandalin’s duly appointed townmaster." Kass says as Walter opens the folder and looks over the contract inside. You get the idea he has done it a hundred times, but is going to do it a hundred more, just to make sure it is absolutely exactly right. "They have some items they wished looked into, since a dragon has been sighted in the area." Kass continues, looking truly amused for some reason. "Walter, can you outline the three items the dear Townmaster wants looked into?" Kass askes the man next to her. "What?" Walter asks, blinking a bit, but then nodding his head. "Of course... Let's see..." he glances down the documents, flipping pages until he finds what he is looking for. He reads the following directly from the document...
Dwarven Excavation Quest. “Dwarf prospectors found ancient dwarven ruins in the mountains southwest of here, and have been working an archaeological dig seeking treasure and relics. They need to be warned that a white dragon has moved into the area. Take the warning to them, then return to Townmaster Harbin Wester to collect a reward of 50 gp.”
Gnomengarde Quest. “A clan of reclusive rock gnomes resides in a small network of caves in the mountains to the southeast. The gnomes of Gnomengarde are known for their magical inventions, and they might have something with which to defeat the dragon. Get whatever you can from them. If you bring back something useful and don’t want to keep it for yourselves, Townmaster Harbin Wester will pay you 50 gp for it.”
Umbrage Hill Quest. “The local midwife — an acolyte of Chauntea named Adabra Gwynn — lives by herself in a stone windmill on the side of a hill a few miles south of Phandalin. With dragon sightings becoming more common, it’s not safe for her to be alone. Urge Adabra to return to Phandalin. Once she’s safe, visit Townmaster Harbin Wester to claim a reward of 25 gp.”
"So, it seems you will need to decide where you wish to start." Kass says with a shrug. "You can also spend some time in town talking to locals, or do just about anything else you think appropriate." She glances a bit more directly at the group. "As long as you get results Home Office isn't going to care how it is done, but we do need to make sure that people in this area come to count on us for help, and come to us with more missions in the future."
(OOC: I see one person has not responded yet, but will keep the story moving, so he can pick his location in the hq when he has time.)
"The acolyte seems a simple place to start, but it might be a good idea to familiarize ourselves with our new surroundings first. Has anyone actually been here before?"
"I believe the midwife would be good starting point. The reward is lacking but I believe it would endear us to the village. Midwives are always needed and I doubt it'll be a difficult task. Traveling, not sure about the convining,"

Then we can make a decision on either visiting the dwarves or head on over to the gnomes as they seem to be in opposite directions of the midwife. That way we can start working on these missions and further the presence of the company as quickly as possible." As Reginald flips his coin into the midwife pile.
