Sinsil lets out a "Hmpf" then motions to the door. "Well then this room has nothing more for us... Unless we want to destroy all the figurines just in case there is an earthquake or something." She drums hey fingers on her chin as she says this.
"The figures could still have an artistic value..." Ethan points out. "We just need to be careful how we touch them..." He also nods to the bits of gold and other precious metals in several of the displays. "And I never heard of a bit of loot being a bad thing..."
"So lets get some looting done and be gone from this place. I have two questions however, first will these items in and of themselves bring any value? And i was curious, if what touches the ground comes to life and full size, is there anything else of potential value in miniature size? For example, the one display that has people offering gold and jade. Either way, miniatures or not, if you find anything of value we can place it into the Living Loot Satchel here." Shieldbiter pats the lockbox, and begins to look around for anything of value, miniature or otherwise.

(the roller officially hates me, i cant roll double digits to save my life, any of these minis have a lucky rabbits foot to increase roll odds?)
"You know, I really want to see what happens..." Shieldbiter says as he picks a mini emerald from the display and puts it on the ground.
As you are gathering up the figures, making sure not to drop any, please give me a perception roll for those handling them. Ethan was studying the central one, in the middle of the room, so he would return there. Which ones are the rest of you doing, or is the gnome collecting all of them? Ethan would let her collect the ones he is looking at if that is the decision.
Ethan's perception roll: 22
Ethan just can't miss a roll...
As the gnome goes to gather up the central figures, Ethan points out that the staff one of the figures is holding seems to not be attached firmly. It comes off as the figure is being lifted and falls to the floor. Nothing happens though so Ethan picks it up. It is soon determined to be a key.
When Opal examines the door (using your previous rolls) she is unable to figure out where the key Ethan found would go. She can find no traps on it.
The door is carved with a sun symbol and appears to open into the room; there are hinges on this side and scratches on the floor. There is no visible lock or handle on it, although a slight gap stretches across the top of the door. Eight holes seem to have been bored into the door; they are about an inch in diameter, but nothing can be seen in them. The door seems to be fairly thick. The lintel is arched, with a keystone at the top.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Taking a closer look at the door and the fact they found one key and the fact that there are 8 holes. Sinsil would like to see if the key fits in one of the holes and if there are similar objects in each of the diaramas.
The key does not look correct to be used in the holes. The holes appear to have been driven in there from this side, as if a spike was sckrewed into or hammered into the door.
Sinsil will look to one of the stronger members of the party. "Someone punch an object into this door so it can be pulled open." (Quick question.. did the warriors leave behind bodies?)

Opal straightens back up from HIS hunched attack position and sheathes HIS swords. :)

Sinsil nods. "All for letting the room say aye. Aye!" She'll start gathering anything of value she can find.
"Probably best to let our Hoardsperson keep track of the loot." Ethan says with a nod to Shieldbiter.

Sinsil nods. "True true." She'll shuffle over and place the loot in the bag.

Shieldbiter is more than willing to let the gnome pick the stuff up and just trail behind with the lockbox.

In the display with commoners bringing offerings to the gods, you find bits of gold and jade, 8 gold and 7 jade.

Opal goes to the niche at H3 and begins collecting what he thinks might be of value.

Opal thinks it is all worth something, so puts it all into the lockbox.

(OOC: Do i add just the ability modifier in my case +4 or am i also adding the hit/dc )
Opal looks around the room for things that look like they would fit in the holes.

Just the ability modifier.
