"Not hypocondriac Misha, Hypohidrosis. It's when your body doesn't produce sweat like it should. If untreated, it could result in heatstroke and be potentially fatal. But I'm probably just making a bigger deal out of this then I should. Bell's most likely fine."

Jason laughs as Misha hugs him from behind and finger guns the group, "Am I awesome or what~" It's not really a question, but he doesn't dwell on it long enough for anyone to answer, "So what do you guys want to do~ We got 2 hours and a mall worth of things to do." He beams. "If no one has anything against it, could we swing by the Shack, heard they got some new tapes~"
Misha squints to read the movie tickets. She then puts them in her pocket and looks around. "Sure!"Misha nodded. "What are you looking for? Then can we go eat? Or play games?"
“Let’s get that cassette you wanted, Jason,” Bell says, agreeing with the others on going to Radio Shack first. “And there’s a new place called The Hole that I saw in the TV we have to try, Joan. They have nachos that I would be willing to share with you guys.”

Radio Shack contained all of the latest and greatest electronics - especially for hobbyists. Batteries, radios, parts, tape players, computers, and even that popular handheld video games like Football and Basketball from Mattel Electronics could be found. Of course, the owner of the company, Charles Tandy, died of a heart attack nearly ten years ago, and the age and decline of the chain was noticeable. Across the hall, EggHead Software was definitely doing it's best to compete on the computer software side. On a wall in the corner, Nintendo games and PC games had a decent section, and even the Atari was still alive and kicking. Barely.
"Can I help you guys?" a nerd behind the counter asks.
The store had an actual NES set up with a couple of kids playing Super Mario Brothers, and Misha made a beeline for it and watched. At over a hundred dollars, this was definitely a more wealthier kid's home entertainment system. From the price tags, the games themselves were almost forty dollars each.
Misha's head slowly turned, astounded. "You're getting Super Mario Braws? I'm going to hef to come over more. You know. To study weeth you. About eenglish."
The employee nods, thinking, "Dude Looks Like A Lady? Angel? Ragdoll?" He walks you over to the cassette section. "Or, we have their whole album here for ten bucks. Singles are over there." He points to the cassette single section - same amount of cassette tape, but each one was in a thin cardboard sleeve wrapped in clear plastic with a price on it: about two bucks each.
Jason grabs Angel and Ragdoll, paying $4 bucks before going over to everyone else, smiling, "I got what I came for, what are you guys looking at?" Stares at the video games, "Aahh, neat. You need help buying one Joe?"
Misha watched as the kids played Mario on the NES. It was almost hypnotic how much fun it looked, like something completely brand new. She sighed and had a dreamy look on her face, imagining herself playing it, sharing it with her friends. A huge poster for Zelda 2 and Super Mario Brothers 2 was on the wall, advertising the latest and greatest for the systems. Misha smiled and took another moment to look around at the computers and radios. "Ah you got your tapes!"Misha noticed with Jason. "Yes, Aerosmeeth has good song, like Sweet Emotion song very much."She imitated playing the guitar and made some guitar noises with her mouth, then laughed really loud.
Jason laughed with her, and swung his guitar case around and pulled out his electric guitar, quickly repeating the noises she was trying to replicate. "Like that right?~" Remembering that they were on a dead line however, he looked over to Bell & Joan as well, "Oh right, was there anything else you guys wanted to do? Or should we just go to The Hole?"
Misha was not musically gifted in any way, she just liked to have fun. Nevertheless, Jason's musical skill was pretty damn good. She had been to a few of their practices at some point, and enjoyed watching Jason and Bell play. "I em good here."she waved to the Ninendo. "Hef a nice day, Neentendo."She then turned to Jo and Bell. "So what's next guys?"
Bell had been watching the kids play Super Mario Brothers while the rest had been conversing, wondering if she could play the game herself if she asked, but the chances of those kids letting her would be slim to none. So she idly watched from afar until she heard her name being called. Being snapped out of her trance, she joins back with with them and when asked what next, she nods along with what Joan suggests. ”I know where it is and everything!” She doesn’t take no for an answer and begins to lead the group to the restaurant.

Walking up to The Hole, it seemed like it was torn out from some industrial slum, with a brick and mortar exterior, and hard steel doors. However, upon entering, it seemed much more like some snow lodge with dark wooden interiors, the smell of smoked meat, nachos and more, permeating in the air, and just a all round chill yet warm feeling. Whether to call it a dinner or a bar was up to debate, with the hostess simply smiling at the group as they entered and in a cheery voice said, "Welcome, follow me please." Soon after everyone is lead to their seats, where they get to enjoy black fake leather seats, with a picture of some random drawing from a 'local artist'.
Misha sat down in her seat and looked around. This place was new, and Bell had been talking about it in school since before summer vacation started. Misha eventually picked up the menu, and looked at all of the words and the pictures. Most of them she could understand. Everything looked really good. She did, however, want to try everything and anything, so she waited for the others to see what they had to say before she ordered something.
As she looked at the menu, a trio of girls walked by on their way out from eating and one of them flicked her menu. Misha looked up.
"Hi Misha." one of the girls said. "Gonna be on the volleyball team next year?"
Ah! It was Becky, one of her teammates she didn't talk to much. From what Misha knew, she was arrogant, and had her own group of friends. "Hallo Becky. Yes. I already apply."she said proudly. "I hope to see you there, too!"
"Oh i'll be there." Becky snorted. "Better get those grades up. You know the school's not too keen on having a non English speaking Russian on the team. Coach said so."
Misha was quiet for a moment. She didn't know what to say, so, she gave an instinctive answer. "What? Coach no say thet."
Becky shrugged. "Whatever. Just saying. See you around, Russki!" And they left, laughing, leaving Misha quiet and red in the cheeks for a few moments. She looked embarrassed, and sad.
