Taman casts Tasha’s Hideous Laughter on the dragon. He uses Portent, so the dragon rolls a 4 on its save, thus it will fail the save.
"Get the flower." Taman says as he concentrates on the spell. "Do not attack until we have the flower."
(First attack should be considered a critical hit, if the dragon is affected by this spell, since it is prone and incapacitated. It gets a save with advantage after any damage though, so getting the flower first would be a good idea.)
(Okay, I'm just getting confused at this point. You aren't rolling attack rolls, and you aren't allowing our characters to save against being knocked prone? We just take two damage and then fall? That's, huh, a bit weird, but go on, I hope again that this comes with the most sensible way possible, I'm just a bit confused about the way you're doing this.)
Taking the chance given by Taman, Noldeme uses her Radiant Soul to make incorporeal wings appear behind her back, her eyes become full of light, and she takes off to the sky heading towards the flower to pick it up from the dragon's wings.
1. I never assumed the dragon was knocked prone. That has nothing to do with what I said. Funny enough, the dragon is prone now thanks to Hideous Laughter.
2. k.
3. Is the DM rolling our saving throws as well? Or is the result of the attack immediately being knocked prone? Regardless, I still have one question. We're fighting a dragon, and the mighty attack a being of his power goes for is pushing you to the ground with an attack that deals 2 damage every time? Not that I want him to be as strong as a dragon should be because it's, well, a dragon, we'd be toast, but again, another thing that gets me confused.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(The dragon was suffering from Hideous Laughter. Can you please not ignore the actions we took to help your narrative? I find it very offensive.)
Noldeme summons the longbow she uses as her Pact Weapon. She casts the spell Branding Smite and tried to hit the woman, hoping to break her concentration on Polymorph. Then, Noldeme fires her bow.
(Sorry, not familiar with hideous laughter, and you'll need to beat the dragon to get the flower. )
anyways, the woman is out of reach, she is on a mushroom, so you hit the dragon instead, but your bow hits the mushroom where the woman is. Rethon is laughing very loudly and everyone is deafened.
Well, if you click on the link I put in my post you can read up on the spell. Pretty much the dragon is laying on the ground prone and unable to do anything. He gets a save, but I get to set his roll for him since I used Portent. Thus he fails his save and is unable to do anything until he manages to save against the spell at the end of one of his turns.
I am sorry, since I know you do not like to be questioned, but, as DM I would expect you to research our actions once we make them, before you post. So far the dragon seems to have taken 3 actions, while taman's action has not happened, and the dragon continues doing things he can no longer do once Taman's spell takes affect. Just not knowing what the spell does is not a reason to ignore it, research it and find out what it does. I also assume you have no idea what portent does, so you should probably look into that as well.
(I need to have the player's handbook digitally to read it so I used my book copy) Ok, he is on the ground laughing, it is so loud, you cannot hear anything else. (Yes, I don't know what portent is or what it does, I am still a newer DM, and your not questioning me, your fine)
Portent•PHB, pg. 116 When you finish a long rest, roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn. Each roll can only be used once.
I will try to include more information on what my features do as we move forward. Sorry, did not realize you did not have access to the material here online.
With the dragon prone and unable to react, do the others get the flower from him then? Not sure exactly where everything is at in the storyline now...
(Okay, this is a small thing that doesn't matter since I rolled a nat 1, but you said the woman is out of the range of my longbow? Obviously, you may not know, but the range for the longbow is 600 ft., I just wanted to be sure she's outside that range.)
Minus 5ft movement to stand, and initiative is (sorry for those who didn't roll):
Gorth, Taman, Rethon, Noldeme
Then as he stands and casts Gorth is full movement towards the dragon trying to put himself between it and the party.
"Stop. Its isn't yours. Don't make us do this. " (persuasion 17)
He says "So be it, I am loyal to Dachau" and knocks you over again, you take another two damage and are knocked prone again
I don't know how much movement if any it took to get to him. If I have any left I stand again and am done.

1. I was prone not the dragon.
2. Y'all are blessed so add a d4 to attacks and saving throws.
3. When in doubt assume the DM is rolling behind the screen.

the dragon knocks Gorth over AGAIN.
and when you try to get the flower, if somehow flies up to a woman she says "you'll never beat him now"
She then casts polymorph on Noldeme (Noldeme make a wisdom saving throw)
(What happened with taman's spell?)

No, a woman used telekinesis to snatch it up.

Oh, you were aiming for her? You miss and it hit the mushroom. (Tip: Focus on the dragon, not her)
