Day 3 to 5, would there be enough material in the library to studdy medicin? Even just enough for 1/2 provicency?
Also since there are no arcane books, i will have to spend more time instructing my students so there wont be much time left for selfstuddy ( maybe 2 hours a day).
Also, yes i would like to talk with the caster.
At what lvl are the herbalists in the small village and the arcane students in the large one?
"I said DOWN!" Jardor ignores the pain in his shoulder and elbow as his arm is wrenched nearly out of all of its joint sockets. Bringing both hands up to the top of the beast he pushes down with all of his strength, attempting to shove the animal prone.
Strength check: 11(If this fails I am jumping up on top of him and trying for my 8 seconds of rodeo fame.)

The medicine manual is enough for both your students to learn somthing from and even you can take a few notes from it.
The arcane students are still "one cantrip" level, though by now they are probably going to cast successfully.
Herbalism students are lvl +1.
You go meet the caster. For this occasion you find him wearing a dull, but formal-looking robe, indicating membership in some magical organisation. He says:
"Thank you for helping me recover. When the spell went out of control, I thought it was the end.

( I was treating it as rodeo from the beginning. )
Impisi 23.
Impisi manages to get out of the way with surprising agility, flowing like water. Before you realise, it's on top of you, growling uncomfortably close to your face.
What do you want to do next? Push, punch, wrestle or any other ideas?
Jardor takes a breath as the heavy paws pin him to the ground at his shoulders. "Impisi, you need to stop this now before I have to hurt you again. Off, Back, Down, Sit." His voice is deep, but calm. He is no longer shouting...but giving commands with confidence that hopefully will pierce through his beast's anger.
Taking a different tactic, Jardor reaches for the creature's ear, hoping the sensitive handle will give him the leverage he needs to move Impisi off and to the side.
*Interested in grabbing for a sensitive spot, kind of like a cheater's wrestling I guess? Not sure if that would be strength, dex, or something else...so I am just going to give you a raw d20 and let you add what you feel is appropriate.*

(Neat idea, so I'll let it auto succeed letting you regain footing).
You pinch the ear and the beast is caught off guard, letting you get back on you feet. The thought crosses your mind that Impisi has yet to its claws or teeth, so it doesn't see you as an enemy as such and your past weeks of training has some effect.
Impisi: 16
... though these thoughs are little consolation you are bashed into the nearest wall with a body slam. You take another 4 blunt damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Okay Impisi, I didn't want to do this...but it seems you want to be rowdy"Jardor moves forward, bringing both hands down in a hammer fist against the scavenger's heavy shoulders; where it will make him aware of that play time is officially over without unduly hurting the creature.
I don't know if this is an attack roll or what? So another raw d20. Strength check is +5, attack roll is +7.

Damage would be 1+str, so 6

“Hallo, i am Gara. My companions and i got send here to help rebuild your two villages. But because of two much pride on both sides we accidently made your situation worse. You are the only leader figure i know that is left here in this village. We will need to work together to save your village. After defeating the Bonecrushers, my companions were working on rebuilding the smaller village. They made quite some progress there.
Could you ask around your friends, what is in dire need here in the village, what do You need.”
(OK, we're throwing the towel here for Jardor. With 4 consecutive roll-offs including a nat20 for the doggo and a nat1, it's over)
Jardor's strike turns into a light friendly pat on the shoulders. Impisi is confused, and then drops you once again. The beast's teeth close on your throat just enough for you to feel the pressure, then let go. Impisi turns around, its head held high, lets out a long yawn and goes to its sleeping spot for a nap.
After this incident, Impisi is actually friendlier to you and listens to some of your "commands", but clearly you are not the top dog in this relationship.
Gara
The caster responds.
"We urgently need to restore some law and order in the village, and that means a hierarchy. Without it, different factions will turn on each other."
"What kind of leadership is already established here in the village? Are there already several leaders that need to be organised somehow to work with each other or is there no leadership at all here? Also what kind of hirarchy do Goblins prever?"
"What kind of leadership is already established here in the village? Are there already several leaders that need to be organised somehow to work with each other or is there no leadership at all here? Also what kind of hirarchy do Goblins prever?"
"I don't know too much from the current situation. As you know, I was out cold most of the past few weeks. But from what I know, several leaders including the chief died during the the night the scavengers attacked us. Normally a strong goblin would assume leadership and rule, but your... friend crippled him. So right now the village has noone obviously strong enough to impose rule."
From his vantage point on the otherside of Impisi's training lot he looks at the resting beast with a grin. "Fine, I guess you're the alpha...for now. But we will be visiting this topic again later."
With the scavenger not acknowledging him, he steps out of the training space to go find a drink of water to nurse his hurt pride.

Day 6: Serit steps up to Jardor, "Gara sent me over to help you today, saw the end of that. Don't worry, we can come up with some ways to get that beast cowed."
Bhuraelea forgot to ask whats the name of the caster goblin? How many goblins live in the big and the small village?
”May i make a suggestion, since you know your people best. I was thinking to convince two or three skilled goblins from the small village to move here and help you to rebuild this community. And once we got it a bit stable, in maybe two weeks time we organize a little competition of strength and might with a price for the winner. That winner may then naturally grow into the new leader for this village?”
"I apologise for not saying my name until now. I am Brizz-nat.
Your ideas are certainly interesting. But is it really best to choose a leader on might alone? In many ways, it is tradition, and as such easily accepted, but might alone will not bring prosperity to the region. The last leader was strong enough, but had he been a little more careful, and this disastrous situation could have been averted.
You should check if any others have started to build up influence or followers in a bid for leadership. "
" How would Goblins think about a council, instead of a single leader?"
"I remember reading about councils that some other realms use. I think it could work, but the council needs to be respected and from different backgrounds."
My conversation with Brizz-nat was on day 3/4/5. On day 7 i would try to convince a fighter from the small village a herbalist and maybe 2 assistants to join me in the large village in the next week.
25 gc ( I use the painted Glass Medalion as payment?) + the herbs for the 5 healing potions, 9 silver for staying in the large village.
The Alchemy Jug will stay in the small village with the elder.
I would like to buy 4 ropes each 25ft long in the small village.
20 for Persuation.
Day 1: In the Morning introduce my little helpers, my 8 arcane students and Brizz-nat to each other. I would ask Brizz-nat to take over the students in my absence. I would also look for some empty house that no one claims and that is useable and that has space for some herb gardens.
In the afternoon i will go out with my helpers and look for herbs/food that can be collected and cultivated. While i collect herbs i will set up a snare with alarm (both set to only catch small or medium prey), i can use magic tinkering to create good smelling bait.
If i catch anything decent, i will invite random goblins to share the meal with me, get to know them, find more willing students, get a feel for the power structure in the village and so on.
Day 2 to 7:
Alternate teaching the arcane students with Brizz-nat or teaching the herbalist and the assistants in the mornings and forraging and spell improved hunting in the afternoon.
If i am not supervising them directly, i will give them in instructions to self study in the library and working on the herb gardens.
Rolls:

Adding 3 Charisma rolls for day 3,4 and 5 cause i assume my foraging/hunting was successful enough to share with other goblins, and to chat, or recruit more students. ( 19, 4, 10)
If possible i would trade the hides of my hunt for more rope.
How much do i need to pay for livestyle for this week?
You convince the goblins to help you out next week in the large village. Glork and Klorg are both happy to go, if Jardor does not need them. Peick either one or both.
EDIT: living costs are the same as they were in the small village (poor lifestyle).

Jardor tries to hold on, and is thown about like a ragdoll. You take 5 blunt damage. Do you want to hold on and try and roll STR again?
Yep, back down now and I'll never be the alpha.
