Gara hands Jador and the Elder a slice of the roasted meat.
” Lets sit together and discuss how we can help you best. I can not speak for my companions, but i have many talents that could be useful for your villages which i can teach your people. Maybe you know individuals who are talented and compatible with my skills. For example, i know a lot about herbs and alchemy, i can teach your people how to make stoneware with pottery and if you know someone gifted in regards to arcane skills, i could teach that person basic knowledge and maybe even some usefull rituals.”
Gara waits for an reply, before he turns towards Nasar: “ I think to remeber that you were interested in working with metals, yesterday i came across hints of minerals that indicated metal ores, maybe you could look into it? I think your carpenter skills would be usefull if we could teach those goblins how to mine.”
"We can definitely check out these metals you found." Nasaar agrees with a shrug. "For now though I think the first priority has to be to build up the village's defenses and accomidations a bit." He nods to the loose bonecrusher at his side. "And I need to spend some time training this one."
"Defenses are good...and hunting parties. The forest surrounding this village is alive with creatures that you can make meals of so long as you are strong enough to not let them make meals of you. I can train some of your strongest with weaponry to ensure they are on the right side of that exchange in the future."
When not attempting to train his scavenger or helping build structures Jardor will train the strongest of the goblins in the Great Weapon Fighting. He will have them start by finding their own Greatclubs and Quarterstaffs in the woods. Decent two handed simple weapons that are not considered heavy so they won't run afoul of the goblins being small creatures.

The goblin elder nods as he listens to the suggestions:
"Yes, learning crafts from you would be great", he says to Gara. "The few craftmen we had have not fared well in the past few years. Some have fallen to predators, others fled to in search of better lands.
Hearing you discovered some resources is also encouraging. For example, learning about herbalism will be of little use without a way to fid, harves or grow them reliably. Our own stocks are extremely low."
He turns to Nasaar. "Any construction help would be appreciated. We will also be trying to train the adult scavengers, so we could combine our training sessions."
Responding to Jardor, he says: "Hunting parties will do well to keep us fed in the short term, though they may need to venture quite far, with how the scavengers scoured the local area. In the long term, we will need more varied food sources. I remember there used to be some farming outside the village, but it has overgrown with shrubs in the past couple of years".
"Finally, do not forget about the large village. I know that some of the locals have grown too arrogant and proud, but the recent experience should have brought them down again. And their village houses too many of us to let them fall to ruin.
Anyway, our village is your home. We do not have much comforts, but you can settle in the tower, which has our best conditions right now. Though if you want to occupy one of the houses, this is fine too."
“May i suggest, that we alternate our efforts between here and the second village? First week we help you, the second week we help the large village and so on.”
Jardor splits his time during the week in attempting to train the large scavenger (days 1, 3, 5, and 7) and helping the bulkiest of the goblins gather wood to fashion into weaponry for training. (days 2, 4, and 6)

(OOC: Before starting to run the events as we are still waiting on Gathrik...)
In the morning of the day after the party you all wake up and feel the events of the past few days have taught you much. After a few close shaves with danger and death, you feel like you understand your strengths better. And despite the numerous injuries, you all feel tougher and ready to take on any challenges.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The party begins to to work on the goblin village
Gara:
Gara spends the first day making hollow clay balls and strats filling them with acid
He spends the rest of the week finding herbs and setting up a herb garden. It goes well, finding a wide range of herb samples to plant, and a few locations from where theey could be gathered occasionaly from the forest.
He also found 3 goblins from the villages who seem to have ability and interest to become full-fledged herbalists, and 5 more who can become assistants (though both groups still need a fair amount of training).
The stock of herbs allows the village elder to use his ful skill to heal others' injuries
Gathrik:
Ignores the village and spends time looking for poison herbs to make oil out of. 95. Does well overall and gathers a number of poisonous herbs.
Jardor:
He spends odd days of the week training his giant beast. It does not go too well, with only one day successfully getting the beast to listen to you. There's a long way to go...
He spends the even days trying to gather the local goblins to be trained as heavily armed soldiers. You find 6 who are in acceptable shape in the village, including the golbins who helped you with the snake. You also find enough materials to fashion some primitive weapons.
Nasaar:
Spends half the time building up the tower where the group live. He manages to repair the rotten parts of the wall and replace the barricades with proper reinforced windows and doors, fix the leaking roofs and insulating the walls. He also builds a simple stove out of clay to safely cook food inside the tower.
Spends the other half of the week training his doggo. The scavengers is now obedient enough to follow simple commands like "sit" and "stay", but has cannot yet follow complex orders like "attack this enemy".
Gets seriously injured on the second day, but gradually recovers from these enjuries.
Still has the major injury from the fight with the pack.
Serit:
With rest ,expert healing and Gara's provision of herbs, your leg injury heals completely.
You also have spent some time on trying to learn the fundamentals of smithing. You feel you need to try and practice now (if only you had some ore to work with...)
Immediate concers:
By the end of the week, you are faced with the following immediate problem:
The village food stocks and variety are very low. You lasted the week mostly living off the slain hyenas, but this will soon run out and ha begun to bite into your personal rations. You also need to think of more varied food as hunting in this area is still not very efficent due to the wildlife being decimated.
During the first day, Gara would also show some goblins how to make pottery for storing food or as pots for the herbs. Did Gara get his share of the herbs? And i take it that potion brewing for the goblins will need some more lessons.
On the last day i would like to sit down with the Elder Goblin and my apprentices. I would give them a list of things to do for the next week, tending the herb garden, wich ones could be used as food suplements, tell them to keep collecting more herbs in the forrest and i would ask them to start preparing bigger fields outside the village. I would also gift the Elder with the Silver cloth Ribbon (25gc) as a thank you for the hospitality of the village. I would also mention Nassars interest in obtaining some more scavengers for himself and taking care of them. And to drive my point home that we are all friends and that the village should gift Nassar with another doggy or two, i will borrow the Elder my Alchemy Jug for the next week to help supply the village with food (Beer, honey, mayonnaise, and vinegar all have plenty calories and are produced in big amounts by the jug).

Gara got a substantial share of herbs. Considering your high rolls, pick 5 doses of any herb (or mix&match) you have had previously.
The elder is humbled by the gift. He agrees in principle about giving nasaar another dog, but you need to finalise the details... Roll persuasion (with advantage).
From what I can read, Alchemy Jug produces only one type of item per day. Vinegar and even Beer are actlually faily low calorie, so a diet of mayo and occasional honey it is. Considering the capacity of the jug, it would be enough to prevent hunger, though this is obviously not an ideal diet.
Well it is ment as a supliment, i trust that the elder can use it wisely. Also bear has quite a few calories for a drink. Maybe i am more used to european bear instead of american water :P.
Serit is up and walking around, testing the leg that has spent some time healing. Being back on his feet has him ready to pull some of his weight (note: some). "Gara, while I am no farmer I am skilled in the use of my flail. I have seen humans use a similar instrument to clear fields for farming. Perhaps if we spend more time here I can try and fashion a more basic two piece flail and see if that actually works, and then make more to give the goblins."
OOC: I realize farm flails were made for bringing down grain mainly but they can also be used to clear fields of bushes and things.
“I think this smaller village will need strong hands to help it flourish but manuel labour is not my strong side. I also also think we should not neglect the bigger village. My aim for the comming weeks is to teach someone basic enchantments and rituals, get some mining operation going, get someone to start brewing potions, learn myself some more medical skills and improve my knowledge about poisons. I also want to check out what the other village has to offer, after all, that spell they used seamed pretty impressiv.”
