Kront'al will take up the xbow and start shooting at the traces of any carriage close enough. The idea is to cut the reins and render the vehicle uncontrollable.
welp snilloc aims the crossbow he was already holding, taking the ready action to shoot as soon an another carrage comes into range, hoping to aim for the wheels.

Kront'al cause the wheels of a single carriage to fly off, and the body of the vehicle crashes into a tree. Balthazar notices a path of mysterious energyvthat appeared out of nowhere
I give one of the tigers telepathic communication and politely ask them to move. If they don't understand I send them a mental picture of all of them moving out of our way
Balthazar messages one of the tiger loudly "MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" He wonders if it understands common but it should be the point from the screaming message.
snilloc seems verry confused at what his party members are doing and yeets an empty barrel at the tigers, that will hopefully roll intimidatingly across the ground

Kront'al will take a rope (I hope there is a bit of rope in the pile of miscellaneous tools/deterrents) and use it in a whip-like fashion to see if he can't encourage the tigers to move out of the way. "Be ye out of our way beasties, we mean you no harm," he calls out on a strong, calm tone of voice.

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Kront'al's actions shoo away the tigers and they run back into the trees.
You finally exit the forest and arrive back in Hilo City, crowds have gathered at the edges of the cobblestone roads, cheering as you pass by. A cart of apples blocks the road ahead, you need to find a way to move the obstruction or navigate around it.

You can see from the broken wheel and bashed up front that the cart went "runaway" and crashed into a house. It is 30ft away from the carriage in first. (You're currently in third)

A turn suddenly leads to a group of normal tigers in the road. (You need to either navigate around them or find a way to shoo them off.)

It goes directly over the cart, hits a crate, and it explodes.
Kront'al will jump down, move the cart out of the way and then get back aboard our kinetic conveyance.
