Non watches Ulfgar as he thinks to himself in silence and gives them an awkward smile. They chuckle to themselves and smirk, seemigly used to his response. "Ah, sorry. Did I make you uncomfortable? Should I return to my previous form or would you prefer for me to show you my true self?"
Realising he must have shown his concern on his face, Ulfgar responded to Non: "You can be in whatever form you find comfortable, it's not the form you take but rather that you can change forms like that. I do not mean any offence! My whole life has been dedicated to specialising in locks and security and I'm realising how difficult it would be to secure something against changelings. I have to admit it's unnerving. Fascinating, interesting and unnerving. I apologise if this offends, I am just not used to it. Please feel free to change forms as much as you like. I will adjust - as we all do when encountering something new."
He tried to give his warmest smile. Or at least as much can be visible through his thick beard.
Non laughs aloud and pats Ulfgar on the head. "Oh, don't worry about it too much. You know what they say. Worry only means you suffer twice." They give him a wink before leaving to indulge in the rest of the food and drink, conversing with whoever about whatever.
The Qi's are not present at the dinner, but as if in answer to G'Nar's question, the door to the dining hall slams open and Lei staggers into the room.
"Have any of you seen my sister?" He gasps, his voice strained. "I have been searching for Song this last hour and cannot find her anywhere."
"Not that many places one can go on a ship I would imagine." Brocc comments, getting to his feet. "Let's mobilize a search party and do a room-by-room search." He glances to the captain. "That is if that is ok with you..." He says with a deferential nod.
Q stood quickly, "Where was she last seen?" her previously jovial tone now turned to serious inquisition. She could feel her head swim a bit with the alcohol she'd consumed, hopefully they wouldn't run into trouble this soon after dining.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
G’Nar pauses in confusion, and a little embarrassment, when he realizes that he hadn’t noticed absence of the 2 during dinner when he asked the question. Then with Lei bursting in and announcing Song is missing he is surprised. With the question Q asks aloud he turns his mind to where he last saw Song.

He likes Brocc’s idea. “Perhaps teams, starting at opposite ends that meet in the middle. The Captain and Whisper leading them as they know the ship best?” He suggests allowed. “And perhaps checking for anyway off the ship?”
At the announcement Piper stands suddenly, his chair making an awkward scratching sound on the floor, "This is most perturb-atory! A wide-scale search must be conducted with haste!"
Upon hearing Brocc's comments, Piper stiffly nods at him, "This one stands ready."
Ulfgar stands up, suddenly thankful he had not drunk too much wine, feeling the hairs on the back of his neck bristle from the sudden rush of adrenaline. He does to speak and has to hesitate a moment as he struggles to remember the warforged's name. He did hear it, he had been listening to their introductions, but sometimes names are hard when you haven't really spoken with somebody. On looking at the pipes and remembering the music it returns to him.
"Piper makes an excellent suggestion," he says at last.
Non watches the scene, not taking any initiative themsleves and simply waiting for instructions to be given, though they do agree with G'Nar. "Excellent suggestion, G'Nar, though we should hope that they haven't fallen off the ship."
"Let us hope Song has not fallen... This one cannot imagine the result of such an incident would be..." Piper trails off before continuing, he knew from past experiences that folk would often get upset when confronted with the prospect of death.
"That is to say... This one is sure Song has not fallen and is alive and well... aboard the ship... whole". There, that would surely spare the feelings of Lei and alleviate any anxiety.
G'Nar will get up from the table. "I will start down below and work up." He starts walking to the door and to any individual that follows he will also say. "Something doesn't feel right about this. On the way down I am going to grab my weapons. I suggest you do the same."

Brocc sits back as the others converse, listening intently and taking in as much as he can about these people he is traveling with.
Similarly to Brocc, Piper sits back awkwardly attempting to appear comfortable as he plays close attention to his travelling companion's discussions.
