The dwarf drags the elf outside and unceremoniously dumps her in the narrow alleyway between the tavern and the adjoining building. He gives a little start at seeing Tahta next to the alleyway entrance.
Madam he says to Tahta to cover his shock. He walks back inside giving Arden and Deet a look of pure bafflement as he passes by them.

Arden crosses over to the lady elf and gives her a good inspecting. investigation5medicine16 Checking to see if there’s any indication that she’s more than drunk, like if she’s been drugged, or is really crazy, or if there’s any clue as to her origins.
Arden, you have knowledge of heavy intoxication gained from a memory your brain refuses to acknowledge. What you do know is that this lady is black out drunk. One other thing you notice is that she looks old. Not old old... just older. It's rather unnerving to see an aging elf. She has the wrinkles and crows feet of a fifty year old human woman. Otherwise, apart from what looks to be complications of long term alcoholism, she seems in fair health.
Arden bows his head to Tahta Thank you, Tahta, you are too kind. Do you think we should take this woman back to madam Fletcher’s? It wouldn’t do to leave ‘er in the street like this.
Oh, hi Tahta,Deet says. Yes, of course, we must take her back to Mrs. Fletcher's place. I'm sure there is a story here. In the morning she might be more able to tell it, on account of being awake hopefully.
Deet will walk ahead of whoever is carrying the elf woman, ensuring there are no stray stone or bricks for them to trip over.
You know "From The Streets" that the Elves are called Bassy by most. From what you have gleaned it comes from an acronym. B.A.S. Back Away Slowly. This refers to the fact that although they have been abandoned by their god and are now ageing, they are still very powerful and have lost all meaning to their lives. This makes them highly dangerous and probably why the dwarf waited until she was unconscious to throw her out.
We shall see if Cragmyre followed you out before continuing.
Will Mrs Fletcher be ok with a new guest? I wasn't really a guest as such and you've already intervened on my behalf. I agree she needs...help...but we should probably sober her up and see what she intends. I've heard the elves have had to deal with...a lot.
She'll be fine. Completely fine, I'm sure of it, Deet says cheerily, turning back to look at the following group. And really, the more the merrier, right? And we need to stick together. This city is rough. People get dumped into the street just for telling a few bad jokes!
Klee looks up from pawing through her gains to realise everyone has left. "Come on!" She calls to Cragmyre, taking his hand and dragging him towards the door. "I can't right remember the way home!"
Arden will attempt to pick the woman up and follow along behind Deet and Tahta. Yes, I’m sure mrs Fletcher will be alright once we explain the woman’s predicament.
Oh! Klee! Cragmyre! You're all here...good. I didn't want to miss anyone...um...Does Mrs Fletcher have a problem with the neighbors? There was some... concern this morning. Does anyone know what happened to her husband? I think he used to make all kinds of arrows...really big ones too. His workbench is like a ...yath...a shrine...untouched.
I'll sub in for Cragmyre and say that he volunteers to pick the elf up.
As you make your way up the cobbled street toward the boarding house a lone Rashack Moor Watch Officer is walking down the street toward the tavern. He see's the odd mix of characters with the big one carrying an unconscious elf.
Evenin' . What... ah.. what's goin' on here then? he gently puts his hand on the truncheon at his hip.

Arden smiles at the Watch Officer, spreading his hands good naturedly as he approaches him attempting to draw his attention away from the goliath holding the passed out elf. Good evening, Officer! Nothing too terribly excitin, Oi'm afraid. Jist our friend 'ere 'ad a bit too much of the sauce, as is her wont. We're just taking 'er home to sober 'er up so as to prevent 'er sleepin in the street. We wouldn want to bother you with it so, if its alright with you, we'll just speed on home and get her to bed. persuasion26
Tahta fidgets and tries to avoid eye contact. Normally she'd just be annoying enough to have the guard move her along but...this Arden talks a good game.
Arden will follow along with Deet.

Arden...
Tahta moves into the light. She is muddy from kneeling next to the wall...but perhaps no more dirty than usual to anyone else.
Your music was wonderful. It was a delight to hear.
(Is there a roll for a fellow street person to know the drunk elf of have heard of her?)
Deet! You are here as well. And Cragmyre?

Is Cragmyre back at Mrs. Fletcher's?

Arrows, ay? It seems he took the family business seriously, then... I wouldn't mind taking a peek at this shrine, I do appreciate good craftsmanship.
"Maybe Mrs Fletcher don't know how to make arrows n that? Which would be a shame. Bein a Fletcher what's not a fletcher."

Righto. says the obviously apathetic Watchman I'd drop that Bassy like a hot rock though he adds as he returns to his casual stroll toward the tavern.
