You gently push the secret door open, and stick your head through, but the door scrapes as you open it. You see a large cellar, with stone steps ascending about 15 feet on the far side of the room to doors to the north and west. A large stone cistern occupies the closest part of the room, and the walls are lined with kegs and barrels.
At the base of the stairs to the west you see three scruffy humans in red cloaks. They all turn their heads when the door scrapes.
"Who goes there? A dwarf?!? Not on my watch!"
Everyone roll initiative and post your first round turns if you go before the Redbrands.
Redbrand Initiative: 23.
Also, feel free to adjust your positioning in line in the picture below.
Umbriel will wait for an opening - dragging Droop with him, he'll move up (ooc: at half speed if I'm dragging a goblin) and fire an Eldritch Blast at the closest target who deserves it. Attack: 24 Damage: 9
Alright, we will start the turn, while waiting for Baeshra.
RB1 charges forward almost getting to the secret door and holds his attacks.
RB2 is right behind him and starts throwing barrels out of the way so he can get at the dwarf (action to move barrels and crates).
RB3 runs to the opposite side of the cistern and disappears.
Lyngheid runs forward, taunting the Redbrands who chuckle "Oh, I can find my ass, little dwarf, don't you worry about that." RB1's held attack action goes off: 20, second strike: 19. Both hit Lyngheid, the first doing 7, the second 7 piercing damage. Lyngheid falls unconscious.
OOC: Not sure how this should be done, but let's say their attacks happen at the same time. So Lyngheid deals 6 damage to RB1 as she receives the two blows and falls to the ground.
Hearing Lyngheid drop, Umbriel will say quickly to Droop "Stay with us if you want to live." Moving up through the line, Umbriel will cast Spare the Dying on Lyngheid from either the last space in the hallway or the first space in the room.
Alright, does the party go to the secret doors in the north, or the unexplored area to the south?
Lyngheid votes south.
When you poke your head around the corner, you see the hallway ends at a wall.
Lyngheid moved to the end of the corridor and tapped on the wall lightly with her mace to hear the stone and check for hidden doors.
Perception: 25
You do indeed find a secret door in the wall!
Making sure the others are close behind, Lyngheid is beginning to suspect that the builders of this place were at least part-dwarf.
She pushed on the door carefully and attempted to peer through....
Make a stealth check.
OOC: But thats my worst check.......

" Oh, no. Its three slack-jawed yokels who couldn't find their arses with both hands....whatever shall we do...."
Lyngheid ran into the room and made her way to the north-east corner of the pool.
OOC: Hold Action- hit with mace if one comes close enough.

The Dice gods don't want you to have an initiative! Try editing your post and roll a d4 at the end.
Edit, that worked. Although I had to look to see which was the d4 and which was the d20 :)
Baeshra initiative: 5
(When the dice roller doesn’t want to work, usually just editing and adding a space will fix it.)

Baeshra will move up to Lyngheid and cast cure wounds on her before transforming back into a giant spider and climbing up onto the ceiling.
