Xarrothlets out a sigh, "Adabra, to be truthful, I do not think even the town safe. To claim that safety here is like to say if you do not see bandits, they will not harm you; only then the truth will come crashing down on you."
The dragonborn takes a closer look at the herbs as he speaks, "Will help you acquire more mistletoe and mulberries convince you to temporarily move to town? There you can set up to make more potions and be closer to where you will be soon needed most."

Lothlién agrees with Xarroth. "We can help you now with these ingredients, and then you come with us to town. There you'll be safer and also helpful. And with that, we'll go after the dragon to try and cut the root of all this trouble."
Lia turns to the pair still working, even harder it seems, to get the woman to come with them to town. "I think the letter is good enough for now, and we can see what the townsmaster thinks of it when we bring it to him. Forcing her to leave here is not what we were sent to do, but to urge her to come to town." She shrugs, giving the herbalist a frank look. "If the townsmaster thinks this is not safe enough for you then I would expect to be seeing you sooner than later I would guess."
Adabra looks relieved after hearing Lia's words. "Thank you for trusting me. I'll make sure to have everything packed should the dragon decide to roam closer to this area. If you want me to prepare a bigger batch of healing potions, you could pick up some mistletoe and bring it back. No need to worry, I have enough for the next few days before I run out". She describes the kind of mistletoe that would work for her potions and the different trees where it can be found. "But I'll have to pick the mulberries myself" she says "as there are many that look identical to the uninitiated eyes and would render the potion useless".
She turns her back to you and picks up a bag of herbs and starts chopping them using a small silver knife.
Lothlién settles for her answer. "We've got some errands to do further from the town, and I guess we can look for mistletoe and give it to you on our way back. Please, be alert, and be safe" he says, now recognising Adabra as an independent, strong and smart woman.
"Humans..." Xarroth snorts causing embers to flicker.
"A diagram of the herb would be much appreciated. A lot of us haven't the eye for herbs, unfortunately. And indeed, as stubborn as you are being, I do indeed wish you safety. Bahamut's wings be over you."
"Um... Adabra... We do need that letter first though." Lia speaks up as the herbalist goes back to her work. Once she has that she will nod to the others and head out, the fact that the herbalist is already working a clear dismissal in Lia's mind.
"Right, the letter" she replies, grabbing a piece of parchment. She opens a drawer, rummages trough its contents and takes two pieces of parchment. She quickly writes a few lines to Twomaster Harbin on one and hads it to Lia.
Adabra then offers Xarroth the second one. It contains drawings of the mistletoe she needs, along with a few lines of writing in a language none of you can recognize, with lines pointing to different parts of the plant. "You can borrow this one, but I'll be expecting it back. No time to make a copy now"
"Much appreciated, and duly noted."Xarrothtakes a polite bow and takes his leave.
The dragonborn holds out the paper and looks among the foliage as he speaks, "What are the opinions of going back to town to hand the letter townmaster, or is it straight to the dwarves? Perhaps find a sufficient amount of this mistletoe on route..."
"I'd rather keep going 'til we meet the dwarves" says Lothlién,"I'm betting we can get some mistletoe on the way, and just stop by to deliver them on our way back to the town"
Travelling to the dwarven excavation, the mistletoe is elusive to Xarroth's eyes. The trees are few and far apart as you walk your way to the mountains. Rhok has more luck and is able to spot some in the branches of a single oak, it may not be much, but you gather it anyway. Maybe you'll be able to find more in Neverwinter Woods.
Following the map, you find yourselves entering a wide canyon between the montains. There are no clouds over you, but the sun is getting low, you probably have one or two hours before sunset.
The canyon's rocky walls rise to a height of eighty feet. At the end of the canyon, a twenty-foot-high wall of black stone has a broken gate carved into it, with one stone door hanging precariously by a hinge and the other door missing. Beyond this open gate, in the shadow of a great mountain to the east, lies a ruined settlement. All is quiet.

Looking at the abandoned settlement and scanning the skies Rhok nods agreement with Lothlién "We should be cautious and go in quietly as possible. If we come across the beast, perhaps we can get a jump on it."

"Agreed, on to the dwarfs then." Lia confirms.
"Excellent idea!" Rhok says, "Xarroth, mind if I take a look at the sketch as well?"
"Anyone want to hold onto the potion of healing lady Adabra gave us?"
