Yuri shrinks back from the guards in an attempt to feign fear and draw their attention. He cries out, "No! My pet! You've slain my pet! Don't hurt me!"
Jophyra is able while guard 2 is distracted to grab a dagger and a small leather sack completely unnoticed.
The guards then turn to Yuri's display.
"Come off it!" The female exclaims looking at Yuri. "Which one of you are a caster besides this one," sje points to Yuri, "and that one," she points at Griff.
"I'm sick of playing cards. I say we let one out and have some real target practice," calls out guard 1 wiping his nose with his fist grinning from cell to cell. "The elf looks fun," he then says leering at Jophyra as the female guard then slugs him in the arm.
"Lord Bazlaar is using them for the ritual. Once they heal up their going up," tbe female guard explains grinning. "That's much more fun to watch," she adds.
Hours pass. The moonlight outside fading as yet another storm rages outside the dungeons. The guard's changed from laughter to murmured conversation to silence then snoring.
OOC: Casters need to make a d100 roll calling high or low without edits if they'd like to cast a spell 3rd or lower. Higher levels have a higher failure DC.
