Tha path leads on for good 50 feet before comming to a dead end, you then hear the grinding and slaming of stone as what little bit of light is shut off from behind, and you are cast in total darkness.
Erdot holds his torch out in front of him defensively, glaring at the half-elf, "I've told you everything I know." Except that I'm related to the Fengari. "They really were a peace loving group, and then they disappeared. That is it. There is nothing else of note, beside the pack of offerings, which I have begun to regret not doing the second we got into this forest."
"I felt whatever is in this cave and those monsters and it is absolutely not peaceful. There is a disease down here that tried to infest me. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm tired of feeling like I'm not being told everything i need to know. WHAT HAVEN'T YOU TOLD US."
As lumgarsk yells at Erdot, the symbol of the Fengàri shows up in a blaze of green fire above Erdot's head, it's about the size of a dinner plate. Vines begin to creep and crawl out of the wall, black and covered in slime that smells like putrid milk. The begin a slow path to all of you.
"Everyone, STOP!" Folwyn says, putting as much force as he can into that word. "There is no point in arguing with each other. Erdot has told us all he knows. I may be reckless and fun-loving, but I don't, do not, like conflict in between friends. We've come to find the Fengari, not kill each other. We are not getting anything good out of this." Everyone notices an obvious difference in attitude from Folwyn as he says that.
Rolen glares at Folwyn, points to the symbol over Erdot's head, points to the putrid vines crawling towards them and then curses at him in dwarven. Rolen turns back to Lumgarsk, "I believe we have need of you and your new axe's services up front." Then Rolen is going to desperately look for a way to either open the rock behind them or find another way out of this dead end.
As you hack through the vines, you find that no matter how hard you cut them they grow back, and more come to replace the ones cut down. All of you are beginning to be encased in the vines, ans they slowly crawl and constrict you.
Lumgarsk will stay at the end, his new axe drawn, watching thier backs as usual.
"The hero sought to save the world.
"If I keep trying, I'll be able to win," the hero thought.
But the harder the hero fought, the further the world seemed to tumble away.
Drowning in doubt, the hero could not even save themselves.
Hero, if you still believe in a brighter future, hold in your heart a thorn that can pierce all doubt."

Rolen will be in front of Lumgarsk.
Fowyn will be somewhere in the middle, so he can easily help anyone who needs it.
Erdot is in front of Folwyn. He takes out a torch and lights it with Druidcraft. He places his hand over his dagger.
As is becoming usual in these sorts of situations, Karst follows Jocelyn as the second in line.

((I think Jocelyn has light cast on her sword and I tossed a rock with light on it behind us.))
Rolen looks at Erdot and asks, "What haven't you told us."

"I have told you everything I know. It is your choice to not believe me." Although...
Erdot tries to remember anything about the Fengari Druids.

"Maybe loud soft-skins like not letting all monsters know we here?" Karst hisses over his shoulder while trying to study the room ahead.

"Move now!" Karst bellows, shifting to interpose himself between the vines and his soft friends.

Lumgarsk grunts in ackgnowledgement and steps twoards the front and begins to cleave through the vines.

I guess Jocelyn will help him.

Karst tries to push through the vines in hopes that there is freedom in the hallway or room beyond.
((Can I attack the symbol that appeared above Erdot? If so I'll do that.))
