Shere sends a message to The elf if she is where she is.
"Which way do you think the dragon is going? Stabby just said Goblinville is south of the room the dragon is in and there is a door there. we may have to kill or subdue it."
Krom looks around at everyone, "We should be pickin' something soon. The longer we sit her yappin' the longer it has to escape." He adds under his breath, "I wouldn't mind if it went after some goblins first 'fore we get to it."

Ithelion can probably only vaguely hear Krom, and -- feeling alone and exposed -- starts running to the main group, leaving Elosa to watch the other door.
To Shere she says, "I don' know; it's south of here. I'd attack one of the doors, to kill my captors. An infant dragon...it's anybodies guess, but I think we now know it's not likely to respond well to Meepo." She looks down at the diminutive kobold with a mixture of pity and anger. The whips and chains said it all.
Once in the guard room, she listens again, and feels the rock trying to determine where the dragon is working -- if it is still south of them, at least.
"We could use this as an opportunity to attack the goblins from the other side. They are, very probably, focused on the dragon as well."
Quietly said "Amigos I think we need to get into the dragons den sort to speak. We would get advantage from behind, if she is attacking the goblinoids." He says as he walks back towards the frozen door
"If Daemyar would pick the lock That is if Ithelion thinks its a good Idea we could melt the Ice with some burning oil"
Meepo listens to you all, a bit of distaste growing on his face. "She not huge dragon! We tie her up and take her back! What so hard 'bout this?" He unwraps a length of chain, "For her mouth," he explains, and takes some rope from his pack. "Meepo think if you help, Meepo take her back to kobold people, where she belonging." He rips away from Shere's grasp and begins to go back to the door. As he gets to the door, the sound of dirt and rocks can be heard, showering the ground within the room...
He looks frantically at you, worried about Calcryx escaping, "She try to dig out! Meepo going to break door!"
[unless you stop him, he will begin trying to break/leverage the door (iron-banded) open. First try, he'll take his dagger and try to force the door (DC20) - 7 ]
Ithelion sighs inwardly at the realization that the dragon is not trying to break out south, but is apparently digging in another direction. Her plans were unravelling. We promised to find the dragon. We found it. We didn't promise to force it back into slavery, but that might be a necessary evil, at least in the short term.
After a troubled glance and a curt nod to Shere, she turns to Daemyar, her expression resigned, "I don't think we should let it escape. Can you open the door?"
Another bit of dirt and rocks fall but this time you hear a loud thud and crash, and a roar from within. Those who know draconic can tell by the curses that it seems like the dragon has fallen to the floor.
"Meepo before you go in don't, I think we're going in but you need to do the suggested marching order, we're going to subdue the dragon on the elfs que."
(( @DM: Ithelion would listen until she hears more sounds: if they just resume as before, then she nods for Daemyar to continue; if footsteps come toward door, she waves everyone back (and retreats herself); if they move toward the south, she continues to listen ))
@Ithelion - You hear the dragon roar once more, then nothing.
@Daemyar, you easily unlock the door.
@Shere - Meepo glares at you, a bit angry. FInally he sighs, "Okay, okay. You people the experts. Meepo just dragon trainer. Subdue? That new word for Meepo." He moves back at watches you all.
He whispers to Ithelion"I think we need to make our move soon, you're the leader. Maybe No near the door when it opens?"
He whispers to Meepo
"It was what you were planning to do"
Meepo looks at you and a grin pops on his face. "Meepo like it then!" Shere, you explain to Meepo what is going to happen and you both back up.
Ithelion, just poking your head out of the door of the guardroom, you are able to push the door open. It doesn't open all the way however, and scratches a bit on the ice on the ground. It is blocked by something lying on the floor and your mage hand isn't strong enough to push it/move it.
From within, you hear a deep rumble and then more words in Draconic. "These are MY things, this is MY room, and I DON'T want to go back there! I like it HERE! Kill stinking goblins, then we talk!"
It sounds like Ithelion and Elosa are guarding the other door -- once she realized it was deserted, she would probably call Garnet or Krom over...
Panting Shere asks Stabby while pointing towards the west wall "What lies beyond this wall? And is there another door in the dragon room?"
