Kern shakes his head, wondering what was int he wagon that caused it to blow up so big. He sighs, it could have been useful. He glances around, hoping his companions take the time to pull out their wounded and get the other wagons away, before more of the enemy show up.
(Kelgar will take the full dmg, ill treat it as magic dmg so its not halved by rage)
Kelgar flies away from the wagon along with some of the talon. He will scramble on the floor pushing off talons if needed. What in the bloody hells..
(dont think he saw the grenade so he wont be sure why the whole thing blew up).
Having misplaced his greataxe during the blast he pulls himself up. Luckily hes a dwarf so he doesnt have to pull himself very high. Still shaken from the blast. Puts a hand on his head and tries to lean against something for a moment looking around at the current situation.
Just going by sight his hearing wont be much use while his ears are still ringing (Perception for seeing whats around him 19)

Jalin starts helping move the wounded into the wagons. "Hey! Recruits, we need to get these wagons out of here. Help move the wounded, or get ready to drive a wagon!" The few Talon who are still left, raise their hands in surrender. One Talon grabs something off the back of one of the wagons, tucks it into his coat, and runs off into a nearby ally. "Grab as many guns as you can! They'll have reinforcements soon!" As Jalin helps a wounded rebel into the wagon, he jumps into the driver seat of the second wagon, readies the reins.

Seeing the rebels get on the wagons ready to leave Kelgar starts walking. His already torn shirt still smoldering a bit now even more tattered. His right chest partially visible now as the cloth on his right side is only holding on by a thread. He finds his greataxe again and sees Scal twitching on the ground.
He decides to go and pick up Scal, trying to carry him onto the wagon before it leaves. His ears still ringing a bit he just shouts HEALER NEEDED!
(Str check with rage worn off, 13 for carrying him. If not enough Scal might be dragged a bit or hit his head on the wagon as hes being carried up)
He turns to look at Scal, Its alright lad, you'll be fine. Kelgar will just sit there next to Scal's unconscious body on the back of the wagon.
Opening his eyes and then grabbing his head and moaning, Scal looks up at the healer and at Kelgar, "Thank you for the help, I was not expecting the wagon to explode out from underneath me. Teach me to be late to the party." Then quickly he will stand up and go search the Red Talon guy and grab his gun and then hop back into the wagon. "No sense leaving this behind with all the trouble it caused."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With the Talon surrendering, I place the chamber of my pistol on the Talon's temple, and say to him, "I don't want to waste a shot, on you, so either leave now and don't come back, or I sever the neck connecting your thick skull to your shoulders."

Shall we start moving away form the here though? With that one Talon escaping I am sure there back up will arrive as quickly as possible." Scal suggests as blood can still be seen leaking from a few cuts still visible on his body.

Okay, instead of shooting him, I will turn around, mark the talon that threw the bomb at me, and attack it instead.

You spot nothing of importance amongst the wreckage, except lots of broken metal fragments, probably belonging to whatever was in the wagon.
