can you summarize who and what you are waiting for?
I need Treenja and Fennys To break their tie, ton needs to break his with the Hyenas, and Ignus needs to break his with one of the goblins. Then we wait on who ever else needs to roll for initiative (likely just message them and skip them if they can't find the time)... and then, we fight!
Fire bolt- Shoot a streaking ball of fire towards a foe and deal a measly 1d10 fire damage. Use eldritch blast instead.
Fireball - Drawing magic from your inner reserves, you unleash a devastating nuke that explodes in a circle, hitting multiple enemies, and burning them to a crisp with a godly amount of 8d6 fire damage. Make your DM’s fights look like garbage. It’s also a nice way of TPK your entire party and have them triggered at you for the rest of the week.
((Might I make a suggestion Tyranntx? I'm not sure about the rest of the group but I would be fine in instances like this for you to roll initiative for us that way it's done and we don't need to wait for people to start combat. Also I have seen group initiative works much better on pbp than doing individual because you may have one person that can't post for a day where everyone else is ready and able. Not sure what everyone else thinks but just my 2 copper pieces.))

((If everyone else is fine by that, I'll consider it))
Yeah, totally agreed that DM should roll initiative for us. It's taking wayyyyy too long this way, which has been my fear all along with having a party of 12. Fun otherwise...but when we actually need to roll and wait it's kind of sapping the fun out of it.
((I've got no issues with having the DM set up initiative and things like that if it'll help keep momentum going with the campaign. I've also seen it where all players post their desired actions forb the round then adjust them as needed once we start going through the initiative order.))

Okay, three people still need to re-roll to break the ties we have left, and I think we still have players who are yet to roll

Nearly ready, just need one more re-roll (and maybe wait for the other two combatants) and then it's time to fight

OOC: I don’t mind how initiative is done.
((I‘m totally fine with it too, it’ll help speed things up especially in a group so large))
