Lord Bal looks to Bones and yells as he tries to free himself 21 “You fool!  How am I to help you when you have me trapped like this.”  He then looks to Crush and says “We are here to serve the people, not HIM! He has become the enemy of the people." 16 

Freeing himself Lord Ball takes a step back and away from mayor Raymond, and then looses his green arrow from an invisable bow. Attack: 10 Damage: 13

The arrow misses Raymond but some of the acid splashes and hits him.  

Crush hesitates and stands still lost as what he should be doing.

Raymond says "Attack!" to his two guards.

They both break free and move forward to get into melee with Mialee and Thodin.

Whipping out one of his scrolls, Talinian casts Ice Knife at the mayor.  "Lord Mayor, surrender!  You cannot win and there is no need to die!"

As the undead guard breaks through his initial sticky situation and moves towards Thodin, the Dwarf braces with his shield before swinging his warhammer in an upward arc.

As the undead guard takes position in front of her, Mia would give the hesitating Crush a side glance. “Wager? I can finish him off before you.” She’d jut her chin out to gesture to the guard. A smirk would grow on her face and she’d wink. Mialee would whisper a divine word beneath her breath inspiring the head of her hammer to glow red hot. Then with one swift motion, the warrior would heave her warhammer in time with Thodin.

Bones chuckles at Mia's challenge, he points at undead guard in front of her and says "Light guide your blade then," as he casts a guiding bolt at the guard.

(OOG I am sorry that I have not been posting over the weekend, I have been having some family stuff going on.)

Bones it does not effect the mecanics of the game, but it does the RPing of the game which undead guard are you attacking, so to allow for the RP that ixi is going for I am going to have your attack hit the bottom undead guard, who will then fall over dead, no longer undead but real dead now.

To Talinian Mayor Raymond yells, "Good, one way or another I will find my wife."

Lord Bal lowers his head at this and says "So be it." he reaches his hand out and twists them as he mutters a few words and a blast of cold flys at the Mayor. Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Crush Gives Mia a huge smile, on the flerting side, and says "Chalange accepted."  and he swings his great axe at the undead guard.  Attack: 9 Damage: 7

I forgot to make the dex save but I did take the area effect off of his health too.

The door behind Talinian starts to open but hits him, they again are attempted to be opened and slam into Talinian 2

Talinian strength saving throw VS guards trying to knock the door in from the noise inside, 18

The two guards are unable to get the door to budge.

The Undead guard that is still standing is going to punch then, slash with his sword, and then punch again at Crush- Attack: 20 Damage: 2, Attack: 13 Damage: 2, Attack: 4 Damage: 4

Talinian shoves the door closed and gazes at the mayor with a mixture of sadness and cold contempt.  "So be it then,"

Attack Chromatic Orb, acid, Attack: 24 Damage: 15

The Orb hits Raymond Squar in the chest, and he falls, and with his last breath mutters "I will be with you soon my love."

(DM Note - Just a reminder, it may change things a little, but any creature starting their turn in the web, or moving into it, has to do a Dex Save or be restrained, every turn. So the undead guard that remains and Raymond would be doing that roll each time. I'll post my action later today.)

Bones looks directly at Raymond, making some arcane gestures in the air, and says "You look a little sick there, Mayor Raymond," as he casts Ray of Sickness at second level. A ray of green energy streaks forth at the mayor.

Ray Attack: 26 Damage: 20 & if hits, Raymond makes a Con Save DC 15 or poisoned until end of my next turn.

Mia’s mouth would gape open from witnessing Bone’s attack that dropped the other guard beside them. She’d look over her shoulder to give him a nod before turning back to catch Crush accepting her challenge, and in time for his successful blow too. Not as impressive as Bone’s, but definitely better than hers, and he’d get a smile from her. Then he’d catch a punch to the face. A chuckle would escape her lips. At least he dodged the rest.

Mialee would adjust her stance and regrip her weapon. “Keep hoofin’ it Talinian!” The bard would encourage as she’d heave her warhammer, in hopes of a more impressive swing this time.
