((All the ghouls have retreated, but the banshee is still sitting there 10' off the ground, yes - I think the rest were all back behind the barricade and Silenus was the only one on the other side - he's more likely to focus on the banshee than those he'd think are just falling down behind the barricade)).
Not liking the wail and general bad nature of the banshee, Silenus runs the 10' to reach it and leaps up into the air (movement - 10' + 5' up) and slashes at the banshee with his great axe. Attack: 20 Damage: 13
As soon as he hits the ground, be bounces back up to take another swipe with his axe (movement 5' down and 5' back up - half jump from standing would be 3' up plus mirthful leap of 2 gets him there as long as the roll is 2 or more). Attack: 23 Damage: 13
