(Since critical rolls supersede totals in skill checks, would a critical roll overcome immunity to non magical slashing/piercing/bludgeoning damage? Barril could fire some arrows, if he has a 5% chance to do some damage.)

Sam, having dealt substantial damage to the thessalkraken and being within easy reach is the target of another tentacle, the one he damaged being retracted in pain.  22 for 22.

Sam is again grappled by Dory as she moves in closer, towering over the lizardman.  The Titan opens its massive acidic maw and attempts to swallow Samogri. 27. 25 piercing and 8 acid damage.

 If the target is a Medium or smaller creature grappled by the thessalkraken, that creature is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the thessalkraken, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the thessalkraken’s turns.

Dory advances, standing on the beach as she nears the edge of the water, evidently able to locomote and breath on land as well.  She reaches out to awat Huarache 24 for 20.

Huarache is grappled (escape DC 16) and restrained. 

The Demogorgon exhales an icy cold blast in a 30ft cone at the Thesselkraken.  46 cold damage, DC14 Con save for half.

Definitely Huarache, certainly not Sam.  Let me do the map and we'll see who else if anyone.

Let's just say nobody else is in the cone of icy wind. I'll fudge the pcs positions on the map if I have to, but it shouldn't be necessary.

Barril has no magical weapons or spells to aid in this encounter. He will try and find a better hiding place within 40' of his current position.

If there is, he will move to it and hide with his bonus action. 28

Tetrevess  in horror at the creature’s continued barrage and swallowing his companions whole…

will again use a 4th level radiant fireball-  Dc 19 save for half of 31 damage.   He then retreats up the stairs some to where etrigan is hiding.. 

Dory Str. Save 17

Sam remains inside the kraken, but from its mouth gushes a cacophanous belch of acid laced wind. (No mechanical damage, just fluff text)

 Accustomed to the darkness of rhe vast grotto,  Dory recoils from the brightness of the luminous ball of energy. <Just fluff, not vulnerable>

Huarache and Etrigan are up.  The former is grappled and restrained.

*Forgot to put in Echo.  She's in the water too, last I checked.

"I´m not sure how to help Sam out of there. We just have to slay that tentacled abomination." Etrigan/Thessalar messages the others, peeks down the stairs and fires two more purple blasts at the thessalkraken.

He then moves back again out of sight from Dory.

The kraken takes two more blasts of energy from the figure on the stair, but continues her assault on the beach.

Huarache/Echo is up.  I think she still needs to make the save against the ink.

Echo is immune to poison, being a construct.

Acrobatics to escape the grapple: 14

Flash of Genius the acrobatics as Huarache carefully times his escape as the thessalhydra loosens briefly.

Echo attacks again, the poison doing nothing to her: Attack: 13 Damage: 11
