There's not too much to miss, you're stealing the things the temple is built on, you didn't bargain nice with the BBEG of this dungeon and he doesn't want you to leave. He already has an established set of clones, one of whom demonstrated consciousness and who thinks he is the real Thesselar. There's not much to miss here. I feel like rather than a cinematic escape with the treasure you're hoping for some kind of leisurely stroll through a dead dungeon. Think Indiana Jones and we'll be on the same page.
Nobody has said anything positive about the time mechanic. its part of the module, I could take it or leave it, its just more content. Either something good or bad or more rarely neutral happens. Ideally you'd use it in the best places and be rewarded. teh charges are normally limited. The option is described of using something else to fuel a charge. I said hp would work, even though nobody thinks the amount of hp is significant normally (though maybe right now they do?) but the alternative is exhaustion levels, which I know nobody would ever go for. At the moment I think it has 1 charge left. Just think of it less like a wish spell and more like wild magic - stuff just happens (though its not truly random, its determined by location, for all intents and purposes it is random. if there is a pattern, I don't see it)>
You do still have choices to make here. You guys have killed this thing twice, I don't think its beyond you to kill it a third time, or option B go find the way to kill it forever.
Here is the map again. You re-emerge from the stairs you took down (30)
Actual; spoiler:
If you just follow the path to the entrance, you'll meet 3 things youve seen before. You may on your way find some things you've missed as well, but getting to the heart of the place isn't like crossing a finish line. its more like a halfway point. You know what's a good comparison? Super Metroid. All the map, 1/10 the enemies, 1/120th the time.
<No need to follow initiative here. Just say what you want to do and we'll see how it goes. I think its obvious, but to be certain: the entrance/exit is the stairs north of 1>
As Etrigan enters Ard-Sagart´s chamber (28) he transforms into a lizard folk shaman. "As I see it we have two options. Either we just fight our way out (via 27, 3 and 1) or we do a quick scan in this area for the reamaining buttons first (31-33+26). Any opinions?" Etrigan/Shaman messages the others and hopes for quick responses.
"I'm thinking we need to get what we have out of here as fast as possible and store them elsewhere. Then we can return for more. Having our only leverage on us does not give us any bargaining power if that leverage can be taken from our dead bodies."
(What is the teams thought on alliances with these evil entities? Are we loyal to one, both, neither? It is my understanding that there are two evil forces competing with one another and we're currently on one side. Is the plan to cripple both sides or what exactly is our goal in this adventure?)
(OOC: As far as Etrigan is concerned destroying the temple or it´s leadership is the goal, but otherwise I agree with your assessment. For now the OG party has a mission to retrieve some things for someone called Moghadam. Perhaps Hurarache and Sam can share their view on this?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Etrigan/Shaman prepares to make his way towards the exit (28->3->1->Exit). "Could you scout ahead Barril, so that we can avoid running into an ambush?"Etrigan/Shaman messages the half-elf. Perception with help from Grygaxx:27 Stealth:22

“Of course.” Barril replies.
Barril will try to fade into the shadows/crevasses as he scouts ahead. With his slippers, he is able to scale the walls and ceiling at normal speeds, though speed is not paramount. Passing undetected is. He will continuously message back to the group his progress and the go ahead to follow.

<I can't dictate PCs individual motivations but the overarching goal of the module and the mechanical basis for leveling is to collect as many parts (gems) of the infernal machine of Lum the Mad, as possible. Both Moghaddam and Thesselar are rivals who hsve simw of rhe larts and hire you ro consolidate the set. Youre not obliged ro work foe etitherof them, but theyre certwinly not going ro let you take them. Youve as a group opted to work for Moghaddam, but you could have switched sides or pretended to. I think that ship has sailed though.>
This area holds a large kiln, which is constantly lit and used for the crafting of statues, homunculi, and other objects for the temple. Tools, chunks of stone, and lumps of clay wrapped in cloth are scattered about.
The chicken walker hasn't noticed Barrill. It's just walking quietly through the halls. It has no face, so it's kinda hard to tell what it's intentions are. Feet walk heart beats. That's about it.
It's just turned the corner and is headed south toward 32/33
"Would you say it was the same chicken as before or could there be more of them out there?" Etrigan/Shaman messages Barril and the others while following Tetrevess.
We definitely did not have the CHA to be leaders. Since everyone else has gotten back, Huarache calls to Echo, "We've held long enough! Fall back!"
He and Echo Disengage, and Huarache uses Feline Agility to speed back to the others and assess wounds.

His manifest mind will follow the clone thesslar to keep tabs on him

As he rounds 27, Barrill, ahead if the rest of the group sees this:
“Woah, ridiculous chicken thing ahead.” Barril messages to everyone. “I don’t think it has ‘seen’ me yet.”
Barril will try to hide and determine if it is searching/patrolling or just wandering in order to update the group.

Barril will remain motionless until the robot-chicken passes to the South. He will then continue northwards towards the narrow passage to area 3.
"Be quick and be silent, I don't know when the chicken will turn around." He mentally urges his companions.

Tetrevess moves quickly and as quiet as he can to catch up, carefully watching for the chicken monster described…
"Would you say it was the same chicken as before or could there be more of them out there?" Etrigan/Shaman messages Barril and the others while following Tetrevess.
“I can only hope there’s only one, but in this place, who knows?” Barril sends as he creeps along.
