I only have 3rd level, so let's see if this works: 12
Nope. Well, he saves at least, and he'll cast Magnify Gravity at the hag (both, if they're both within range -- it's a 10' radius sphere). DC 15 CON save or they take 6 force damage (half if they succeed). If they fail their speed is also halved until the end of their next turn.
Leann turns and moves directly away from the hag that cast eyebite. She moves 60 feet with her dash action, and will find a place she can no longer see the hag. This will end the panic condition, does she get saves every round for the frightened affect?
For anyone who failed the DC11 save (not check, as I wrongly wrote, in case it makes a difference) frightful appearance effect: you can repeat the save for this effect at the end of each turn, but with disadvantage if a hag is in your line of sight. Hint: you can just not look at them, but that has its own mechanical effects as normal for an unseen enemy.
Leann save for frightened affect (at the end of her turn where she dashed away...): 5 Bless: 4
Ooc: This kinda doesn't make sense to me. I thought about it, but the raw seems to say you can make this save. Feels like double dipping, but I approve. I'm posting this so everyone else is clear on this point as it effects several people.

The hags are 25.5ft apart (I believe that gets rounded down for mechanics) so you'll have to pick one. HagX Con save: 18
Note: it looks like this is an AoE if I'm reading it right, so let me know where the effect is centered so we can figure out who else should make a save or halve their speed.
I think we should hold here until this resolves because it's not knowable yet who this would even effect and we might already have a conflict with Leann's panick ending dash.
(Most fear affects give you rolls at the end of your rounds. It is just how most fear-affects work. You get the save when it comes into affect, then at the end of your own actions. Fear would be absolutely debilitating otherwise. Doesn't matter to Leann, she is still frightened, though not having to stay away, as she is no longer under the panic condition.)
Dorian will target the one who cast hold person. It is an AOE, if he can't get both hags, then he'd cast it above the hag so that they're the only one in range.
I think that works. Just centered ten feet past (East) of her. Directly over her would effect some, but G13 would work to isolate Hag2.
Hag 2 struggles to stay afloat as her density increases, fortunately she isn't hurt too much by the compression as deep sea life has acclimates her twisted body appropriately to this.
Can do. We stopped our boat to investigate three Tabaxi women on a beach. They spoke a single sentence among the three of them, taking turns to say the beginning, middle, then end. Pterafolk attacked us, and the Tabaxi women ran into the ocean. Three of the four Pterafolk are dead, and sea hags have exited the ocean and are trying to kill us with evocation magic and an eyebite, and Huarache is not looking too hot right now, mainly because he got burned badly by a lightning bolt.

I didn't realize Group 1 was up again.
Shutorn reaches into his belt pouch for a pinch of powdered iron and silver and sprinkles it in a small circle around himself. Speaking Draconic words of warding, he casts protection from evil and good on himself, counteracting the disadvantage incurred on his saving throw by seeing the hag.
Wisdom save: 21
Then he moves as far down the beach as he can to space I-15, keeping his back to the cliff.
The last remaining Pterafolk moves to I9, attacking Huarache, who has ended his nest-mate P3.
P4vH bite 12 for 8, claw1 12 for 5, claw 2 22 for 7
Hag 3 emerges from beneath the waves. Finding Samogri's trembling reptilian face, she meets his glance with a Death Glare. (Sam needs to make a DC11 Wis saving throw or be reduced to 0 HP).
Again, Echo will use her reaction to impose disadvantage on the first claw, so it is a 12 to hit, unless 21 is lower. EDIT: That misses.
Huarache will attack with his MTLS, desperately trying to deal with this final Pterafolk, and Echo will give Huarache the Help action by barking furiously, which, according to a website, gives me ADV only on the first attack roll.
Attack: 26 Damage: 6
Attack: 9 Damage: 8
Even without getting hit by the Pterafolk, Huarache is still looking very not good.

Hag 2 approaches Echo and reaches out a slimy hand, to bestow curse on him (barring a DC13 Wis save){While cursed, the target must make a Wisdom saving throw at the start of each of its turns. If it fails, it wastes its action that turn doing nothing}
Hag 3 swims back out of the water and claws Huarache 10 for 9 damage.

Alright, Echo will use her reaction to impose disadvantage on that. I think she can do that because she used it on P4 right before my/Echo's turn started, so the hag has 18 to hit.

Echo used her reaction of a round to DADV the Pterafolk, then it was her turn to do actions, thus resetting her ability to take a reaction, then she used her reaction on the hag.

Could I get a comprehensive update on what all is going on? I’m at a bit of a loss what all is happening

Is Pterafolk 3 dead yet?

I'm guessing that you hit "Post Reply" early, but Echo will go ahead and make that WIS save: 13
EDIT: She's fine.

Again, Huarache's fur is singed, and his skin is badly burnt from that lightning.

" Remember that you can take only one Reaction per round." https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/Combat#toc_8
This seems to confuse a lot of people, so i wanted to check. The statement above (with 2 exceptions I can find) seems to be true
Echo used her reaction of a round to DADV the Pterafolk, then it was her turn to do actions, thus resetting her ability to take a reaction, then she used her reaction on the hag.
