DC 15 CON save or take 15 force damage and speed halved, on a save take half damage only. He'll also direct the owl to help as before.

Hag 1, seeing this turns to hag 2, who looks very weakened by the battle just as Shutorn's chill touch grabs her, and in a moment of Machiavellian treachery, attacks hag 2. Claws outstretch, she swims for her at full speed.
Hag 2 noting the loss of hag 3 prepares to cast a spell, but finds she can not... Too late she realizes with the triad broken, so too is the fey covenant that empowers her magic, as hag 1s claws dig into hag 2s neck, dragging her into the deep waters of the Shining Sea.
