Aramae notices that the village is more lit than the last time he saw it, and the lights seem to be flickering rather than the solid of the eternal flames most places use. Watching close you can see that buildings within the town are burning.

Fenro looked ahead where Aramae was pointing."If we had got here a little earlier, we might have been caught up in that. I just hope we can still get our letter delivered. At least these goods will help people recover from the fire."Fenro slowed his pace a little, observing the scene ahead of him. Fire was not something to go rushing into. The power was unpredictable and could turn on you in an instant.
Already having spotted the fires you now see people running in the streets, and what seems to be a line of them, waiting for something. In a few moments you see what they were waiting for, a group of large humanoids charge into town and smash into the line of dwarves, joining a desperate battle in between the burning buildings.

"Seems we may end up in a fight after all. I do realize we have a letter to deliver but i do not feel comfortable leaving an entire town to be razed and fend for itself."

Edgar follow the conversation closely and inspects the humanoids that Aramae is pointing out. “Do you think these are the orcs that that goblin, Ging, was talking anout? They look to big to be human.”as he speak he starts to ready his crossbow, rapier and daggers for battle. “Too bad that Lyrica decided to stay with the army, she really knew how to get the blood pumping with her music.” He say with a sad tune in his voice.”Protection of the scroll is priority. We can’t afford to make an enemy with the black hand, but we can’t leave these folk to die either. Lets go!”
"But whose side do we fight on? Who has the right of it in this situation? This is not our fight. If we must, to deliver the scroll, then fine." Fenro hopped down from the cart and looked around the area."Surely this is our duty too? What shall we do with this charge, while we go and seek a fight?"
"Hmmm, you make valid points, Fenro. We do need to find this wizard, whoever they may be. Well, whether we choose to fight or we do not, we do still have to locate this person, so while we are making our way around the town we may end up in a fight due to a misunderstanding anyway. We were not given any clues to the whereabouts of the wizard, none that I can recall, at the very least. Other than that he resides in Bost."

Aramae points towards the rolling flames and billowing smoke.
"It seems we have arrived while the town is in dire straits! Some buildings appear to be on fire!"

"True, we may have been victims ourselves, but can we do nothing? Sadly I am not a strong enough arcanist to conjur storms just yet."
