While it may have been intended for Bart, Alva isn't going to let Ini's help go to waste. As the zombie stumbles back a few paces, she takes a low sweep with her axe in attempt to cut out the zombie's legs.
Bart, despite his declaration that there's no stopping the zombies, thoroughly stops one with his attack, slicing the creature in twain. It falls, lifeless, to the ground, and the party is left at the massacre site. There are several bodies around, some dressed in the garb of the Taldor guard, some dressed in the leathers of bandits, and one frozen figure stands as a statue, his armor gleaming underneath the layer of ice, his sword as his side, and one hand stretched out. Also at the site are the two carriages, one overturned and standing upright, which the zombies just came out of. What do you do?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alva is going to move to search the man frozen in ice. Is there any way to retrieve the armor/weapon? She'll declare pretty plainly to everyone that she believes that, even if it's not now, it'd be appropriate to bury the bodies. "I don't vant any more zombies or other restless spirits popping up because ve failed to give 'dem an honorable burial here."
Perception to try and search the frozen man for anything of note: 15

Ini's still cooling down from the adrenaline of fighting those zombies for a few seconds after the fight is done, looking around at the grim scene helps, and with her breath slowing down, so does her voice quiet down. "I hope they're doing okay..." Ini almost whispers that thought, although the quietness of the place wouldn't hide what she said from anyone. Her words were directed at the bodies, and the, seemingly, contradictory nature of her statement doesn't get any correction from her, nor a reaction.
Ini waits for someone else to pull her into investigating instead of taking the lead herself. Although the scene was curious, and she was curious about it, there was a lot of built-up hesitation that Ini couldn't get over.
Alva, you note that the frozen man's breastplate is covered with Taldan heraldry. You also note that his longsword is of masterwork quality. (+1 to attack rolls made with the weapon, but not damage and it isn't magic, just well-made.) The man's face is a mask of fear, as whatever did this to him seemed to be quite frightful.
As the last zombie falls, Cora turns her attention to the area around them, moving around to try and sense out any further undead.
Using Eyes of the Grave: As an action, you can open your awareness to magically detect undead. Until the end of your next turn, you know the location of any undead within 60 feet of you that isn’t behind total cover and that isn’t protected from divination magic. This sense doesn’t tell you anything about a creature’s capabilities or identity.
OOC: I have had 4 natural 20's in this game so far. My luck can't be holding out for much longer, lmao.
"I 'dink vif 'de scene ve've just scene, ve shouldn't spread too far out. Stay close, but keep an eye open. Let's search 'de bodies, see if 'dere's any personal effects. Maybe someding ve can send home to 'deir families." If possible, she'll move to take the masterwork longsword. Not because she wants to wield it, but she plans to hopefully return it to its owner one day.
"If 'dere's noding else here, ve should move on. If we take a lot of time here in 'de cold, it'll sap our energy. Keeping moving vill be for 'de best."

Searching the bodies, you find that they are riddled with tiny little arrows, and that the flesh around these arrows is purplish in color. They seem to have been stripped of any personal belongings, however, not even carrying weapons of their own.
Alva, you are able to break the longsword away from its former master. It is still covered in a thick layer of frost.
Unless there's anything else you were looking to do, like search the carriages, shall we move on to section B on the Borderwood map? (link to the map in the campaign)
After the remaining zombie falls, Bart stands over it, his shoulders rising and falling with his rapid breathing. He appears to be transfixed by the undead creature. But once Alva moves away from the scene and begins inspecting the frozen stranger, Bart turns silent eyes on Ini for a second before dragging over to Fode, finally sheathing the sword when he is only a few paces away. He checks his horse to make sure no harm has come to him. "That was a close one," he says to the mustang. "Some soldier I am. Four against two, and I was almost zombie food." He unwraps Fode's reins and walks back over to the scene of the attack. Stopping next to Ini, he mumbles, sounding ashamed, "Thanks for waking me up. I owes you one."
Ini immediately responds to Bart, trying to sound positive, although her quiet voice makes the tone kind of ambiguous. "Thank you as well... I couldn't really have done anything on my own... You saw how my only option was throwing snow on their face." She looks down at the snow again, the faint smile she'd shown before makes a reappearance. "Snow is very pretty, though, isn't it?"She truly looks fascinated by that specific natural occurrence.
During Alva's investigation and up until the end of it, Ini looked like she was ready to leave long ago. Quietly staying close to Bart to wherever he goes or even if he decides to stay in place.
(I'm ready! Actually, I - the player -, would love to investigate some more and understand more about those wounds, but Ini really just wants to get out of here as soon as possible.)
Alva, you're up, and you will have advantage on your attack roll thanks to Ini's help, should you choose to attack.
