In case repeating this here helps someone, I thought I would mention that there is a link in the email you got from Wizards when you first ordered the Deluxe Edition. I personally didn't notice that link for months after I received the email! But it was there, and it sent me to a page with an unlock code, etc. I got digital access immediately upon doing that step.

I'm not making excuses for anyone here. I think that link could have been placed at the top of the email instead of the bottom and it would have been much better for me. But, should anyone still be struggling to get the DnDBeyond stuff unlocked, this might help.

I'm having the exact issue the player above is. I have access to the player's handbook, but can't access any spell other than False Life for the 2 available spells -- Dissonant Whisper, Hex, and Ray aren't showing up as options. Am I doing something wrong?

False Life is available through the basic rules, which is free, the three other spells are only available through the player's handbook. Do you have access to the player's handbook?

This is the post I was referencing in my question above 

Mercenaries of the Ironclad Regiment use the [Tooltip Not Found] stat block. Members of the Vogler militia also use the [Tooltip Not Found] stat block, but their spears are padded and deal no damage.

Tool tips are not links to the stat block. 

I noticed that when I created a Human Wizard, used the High Sorcery background - when I go into my character - there's no select for Flaws, Traints, and Bonds. Even the "dice roll" area looks odd.

However, the Kender Rogue I made, everything looked fine there.

Just wanted to see if it was a "me" thing? :D

I have reviewed all email received from them and included those in my support ticket. Mine did not contain links. The email said it would have a link below but was completely blank. If I tried to access it directly through their site it had a button to reveal the access code but it didn't reveal one. It would only provide information on how to use the code but where the code should have been it was blank. 

My product was late, damaged, and missing the code. I've been in their support queue since Dec 11 and still don't have full resolution. They are not reading the information that is being supplied to them as when I do get a response they ignore all the information already supplied.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I was able to get action by using PayPal's dispute process and was obtain a full refund the next day... I've tried Wizard's Customer Support for more than a month and nothing... Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm currently seeking a full refund on all Beyond purchases so that I can simply be done with them. If they don't want to provide customer support, I don't want to support them as a customer.

Hoopak is showing it's locked behind a paywall... I own the content and have synchronized my account.. still no access.

Indeed I am. Am able to see all the materials. But for some reason the Hoopak seems to be just out of reach (no results when I search for weapons). Ironically I can create it as a magic item, but not in its default form. I've decided to make it a magic item so that the player character could equip it. 

Found a missing word in Chapter 3 (bold is my guess at the missing word).

Getting it a few days after release sounds pretty good. For many people it took a lot longer than that (before they even started processing their order). When did you pre-order?

I would say I placed my pre-order probably less than a week when they announced the bundle deal.

I didn't get mine within a few days - however, I did get a notice that it began shipping within a few days of it's release to the public. It did still take about a week to get to me. I should have been more clear.

But I had the digital, so I was happy to be able to read through that while I waited for my physical copy to arrive.

Oh - I think I figured out what might be happening?

Go to edit the character.

Under the character preferences - do you have the Dragonlance Content enabled?

I am in Minnesota. I bought the bundle. Still no shipping notification. Just keep getting told there are issues. But I can see it as multiple stores.
