Farmer BG don't provide automatically the Tough feat.
Lesson of the first ones (Warlock invocation) doesn't allow you to choose the feat.
It factors in the hit points for me when you look at the tab for manage hit points but it doesn't list the feat on the character sheet. It's most likely a coding bug since Backgrounds were changed to what we have in the 2024 PHB.
When attempting to migrate a character from the old class rules to the new class rules using multi-classing, it seems as if there are phantoms of the old class that stay around even after deleting and using only the new version of the class. Things such as extra proficiency with unexplained origins, the ability to know more spells than should be available, such as a 9th level Eldritch Knight being able to know 8 spells instead of the 6 listed on the class sheet.
Having trouble with getting spell slots above level 1 with a wizard multiclass. Wizard was the second class added and have tried giving wizard lvl 10 just to see if I could get above lvl 1 spells at some point and still won’t. The slots and known spells does scale correctly
If I place the wizard as the first class, it works correctly (but unfortunately character is only lvl 4 so still not getting the correct assortment of spells. The other class is artificer which I know is really buggy so maybe this is the cause
Tested and this is a problem for the 2024 classes as the first in the multiclass. Tried doing 3 lvl ranger then taking wizard and it won’t allow and spells above 1st for wizard. Took it up to wizard 10
Upon taking long rest, DDB only restores half of max hit dice. 2024 characters should recover all spent hit dice ("You regain all lost Hit Points and all spent Hit Point Dice.")
Strange. It specifically seems to apply to a class that's been added later under certain circumstances. Wizard got stuck for me after some tinkering, multiclassed with Ranger as described above. Bard, too. My Cleric 1 / Sorcerer 11, when bumped to Sorcerer 14, didn't run into this issue.
Other testing done:
-Artificer first: Same result with Wizard -Fighter first: Same result with Wizard -Start at various levels in creation: Wizard progression gets stuck at the level it begins at when you load the sheet -Edit spells in creator instead of directly in sheet: Works even when bugged, so it's something in the sheet that's bugged and not the whole character -Solo Wizard: Still happens
Don't know why I didn't do that last test sooner. It's a Wizard issue, not a multiclassing issue. A couple other classes may be affected similarly, but not every class as I demonstrated with Sorcerer.
The Unarmed Strike section under Actions for Monks lists incorrect value, in my case (a level 6 Monk with Strength 8 and Dexterity 18) it says the following, when the damage should be 1d8+4 and the DC of Grapple and Shove should be 15:
Damage: You make an attack roll against the creature, and on a hit, you deal 0 Bludgeoning damage.
Grapple: The target must succeed on a DC 10 Str./Dex. (it chooses which) saving throw or it has the Grappled condition.
Shove: The target must succeed on a DC 10 Str./Dex. (it chooses which) saving throw or you can either push it 5 ft. away or cause it to have the Prone condition.
Great Old One spells are now somewhat working, e.g. they appear on the list as castable (not at will), but lower level ones aren't appearing correctly.
Warlock 17 / Sorcerer 3, with some 1st & 2nd level spells:
* 5th level GOO spells appearing at 5th level
* 1st & 2nd level GOO spells appearing next to my Sorcerer 1st & 2nd level spells (which is okay, as I could cast with either sorcerer or warlock slots).
BUG: 3rd & 4th level GOO spells not appearing (no 3rd/4th spells, and not in the 5th level list).
Note that normal Warlock spells are appearing in the upcast 5th level list (although I can also cast with 1st/2nd level slots), although other features like Hex (from Eldritch Hex) do not. This is okay, so long as the spell appears at least once.
(For settings, I have show upcast spells turned off, if that is relevant)
(Also, Spell Sniper still not working for me either).
The skill list cross-links to the 2014 basic rules. Not just in the rules chapter, but also where the classes skills are listed. I can’t find a similar skill description list at all in the 2024 PHB or 2-24 basic rules.
Unable to select the 2024 War Caster feat on Sorcerer, Cleric, or Rogue. I've tried on three different characters, that have been recreated from scratch using 2024 handbook.
War Caster feat not showing up on Wizard 2024 character for 4th, 8th or 12th Ability Score Improvement feature (homebrew 2024 wizard subclass, if that changes something).
2024 Feats like Fey-Touched and Shadow-Touched that lets you pick spells from a list don't include homebrew spells with 2024 class availabilities) [i.e. homebrew spells that have been properly tagged for 2024 class options]. By contrast, homebrew spells show up correctly for the Magic Initiate feat.
Goliath's Powerful Build grants Advantage ("A" tag) to ALL skills rather than just Athletics and Acrobatics.
Telekinetic feat shows this on character sheet Bonus Actions:
Telekinetic Shove
As a Bonus Action, you can telekinetically shove one creature you can see within 30 ft. of yourself. When you do so, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8+modifer:int+proficiency - Invalid keyword: modifer) or be moved 5 ft. toward or away from you.
Also, I believe Partnered Content should be toggled OFF by default, not ON. Rarely will all 3rd-party sources be available for a given campaign. Turning ON all these options by default will create headaches for DMs, especially in a Shared campaign where all unlocked content is shared between all players.
When choosing Backgrounds from the DDB drop-down menu and filtering for Player's Handbook 2024 as the only Source, these 2024 backgrounds do not show up:
War Caster doesn't show up for any class for me when editing a character, including Cleric. It doesn't matter which Ability Score Improvement level I try, War Caster isn't on any of the drop-down menus of feats. Only the Legacy one shows up.
I've reached out to support through tickets, I've reached out on Twitter, and now I'm trying here: I never received my redemption code for my digital and physical book bundle that I purchased. I am a Master Tier subscriber, so I should have had access to this book for the last ten days, but my tickets have gone unanswered and I am getting very frustrated with the lack of support for what should be a very simple fix. Send me my code.

This is not an error. Devil's Sight doesn't grant darkvision.
Arguably, it should still add something under senses. Something like "Devil's Sight 120 ft"
There doesn't seem to be a way to select Expanded Rules fighting styles like Superior Technique for the 2024 Fighter.
