In character builder with 2024 rules. The system does not recognize the feats of Warcaster and Spell Sniper. They are not in the options but are in the 2024 book. All prerequisites are there to select the feats. Need to have these added to the character builder with their 2024 version.

There's been a few threads calling this out already. Feat prerequisites are currently broken, turn them off in the builder and you can select the feats.
Fey Touched Feat shows Misty Step and the selected level one spell as At Will
War Caster doesn’t display Advantage on CON to maintain Concentration under Saving Throws (I know there's a WC issue with selecting it. This is with disabling prerequisites so it is selectable).
If you're on a character sheet using the 2024 Barbarian, then go to Features & Traits, and click on Rage to pull up the sidebar. In there should be a box saying "Choose a Level 1 Option", click on that and that's where you'll be able to activate it.
If you're using 2014 Barbarian, then that's not there unfortunately. And if it's not there regardless, can't help you with that issue.
I leveled my fighter up to lvl 4, and it's not giving me the option to select an additional weapon mastery. Not sure if this is just an issue with fighter, or all classes that have a scaling number of weapon masteries.
This is not bugged, but it is not on the character sheet. When you created your character in the builder you choose 3 Masteries. Open your character in the builder again. Under "Fighter" you should now have another option to select another Mastery. It should be right above your Ability Score Improvement/Feat option. (My fighter is a Battle master. Not sure if your subcalss can mess it up though)
In my digital physical bundle pre-order from June The physical players handbook was canceled I was send an email letting me know that it was canceled but gave no description or information as to why. Check your D&D beyond pre-orders people I won't be ordering from them again. I have not been refunded for the canceled book.
There is another thread about this, but wanted to bump here too. It seems based on what others are saying (as well as my own experience) an issue with the way they are billing paypal.
This honestly should be easily accessible from the action section without checking across the sheet to get to it, should be right there to activate right under your "charges"
vs
in order to actually activate I need to click on rage for the sidebar to pop up then I have to click on Rage above Rage (Enter) then scroll to the bottom where the option shows up? that seems like a lot of steps that one would not naturally think to do.
Is Magic Initiate bugged? I thought it allowed you to choose spells from Cleric, Druid, and Wizard. When I try to build a wizard, I can only choose additional Wizard spells.
If it’s not bugged, then I misunderstood the wording in the PHB.

Which Magic Initiate did you choose? Since Magic Initiate (Cleric), Magic Initiate (Druid), and Magic Initiate (Wizard) are separate feats that are limited tot he spell lists of their respective classes.
Home brew spells are not showing up as options even with option to use homebrew on.
Some legacy versions of spells are not listed while others are. Example: Counterspell (2024) shows up as an option but (2014) doesn't in character builder to add spells.
(2014) Invocations are not available to select even with legacy option selected when using (2024) warlock.

This is probably because your homebrew spells are tagged for 5.0 classes. DDB treats the 5.0 and 5.5 separate classes as separate entries. So a spell tagged for 5.0 cleric cannot be added to a 5.5 cleric unless you also tag it for 5.5 cleric. Consider guidance and guidance. The first one is the 5.0 and tagged for Cleric and Druid. (5.0) Whereas the second is tagged for Cleric, Cleric, Druid, and Druid. Because the doubling on the second is tagging it for both the 5.0 and 5.5 versions.
To fix this you'll need to edit your homebrew spells and add the 5.5 classes in the availability box.

Pretty sure mind sliver and mind sliver both being listed in the character builder on 5.5 characters is a bugged from how they updated the database. 5.5 spells replace 5.0 spells so the behavior you're seeing with counterspell and counterspell is intended.
I think what happened is that they were like, "Spells in Xanathar's and Tasha's need to be available for 5.5 characters so let's update these listings real quickly." And then forgot there were a few spells in Tasha's and Xanathar's getting legacy'd. (Or they knew that but saw that as an acceptable bug while working on more critical tasks.)
Ah okay, then I misunderstood the wording of the feat itself. I read it as a wizard could take Magic Initiate and then choose additional spells from Cleric, Druid, or Wizard lists.
My apologies!

Currently:
Warlock Class
Pact weapons are not using CHA as the attack attribute
Spells gained via Initiate Feats do not add to the spell book, for upcasting and using spell slots
Legacy invocations are not usable on current warlock
Devil's site does not add darkvision to senses
Invocations are able to be taken repeatedly using Eldritch adepd (The same one can be taken regardless of it not being repeatable)
Lessons of the first ones is not repeatable and should be
The update mentions that War Caster is now selectable for clerics but I still cannot select the War Caster feat with several other classes.
Need to fix Subclass selections for at least the 2024 Monk. I am unable to select any 3rd party subclasses at level 3.
The bonus from Potent Spellcasting is being added to the damage of the Shillelagh action on my sheet. Is this intended?
Third-party licensing issues aren't resolved yet. Not a bug, known issue.

Good catch. Right now it is currently tagged for only Warlock (2014) and Wizard (2014).
