Is it just me or are a lot of items in the DMG getting brand new illustrations? I don't remember seeing an announcement about it, maybe I missed something?

Like what?

I can't find anything in the DMG that has a new illustration. If you can provide an example, that'd help?

The manual of gainful exercise

the armor of gleaming

and lots of potions

It looks like these are examples of "leftover" artwork (that didn't make the cut for the book) being included on DDB. They've mentioned they're doing this, so that's a nice surprise

(also you can edit your posts rather than posting three times in as many minutes)

oh... that's nice!

Hello!

I noticed a small typo on the listing for the Rod of Alertness in the magic item listings and on its' page itself.

The line for "Spells" is both not Bold, and in-line with the line for the "Alertness" property - something to bring to attention!

Rod of Resurrection, when adding it to a character sheet, uses Legacy spells instead of the 2024 spell version.

Gloves of Thievery have art in the DMG but the image isn't on the details page.

I wish to point out that while the potion of climbing and the potion of fire breath both have matching illustrations in Chapter 7; their individual pages are devoid of said illustrations. Also, all of the Dragon Scale Mail individual pages have the same illustration, save for the Black one which is bereft of such illustration.

Along the same vein as one of the commenters above, there's a number of items that need their artwork brought into their Compendium listings!

- Adamantine Breastplate
- Plate Armor +1
- Energy Bow
- Hat of Disguise
- Hat of Many Spells
- Mariner's Leather Armor
- Moon-Touched Rapier
- Potion of Storm Giant Strength
- Potion of Vitality
- Quarterstaff of the Acrobat
- Shield of the Cavalier
- Sylvan Talon Scimitar
- Wand of the War Mage (for the general group-listing)
- War Pick +1

Good job!
