Didn’t realize this was an issue and decided to buy the material because why not own some new lovecraftian horror….the true horror is that it doesn’t work with dnd beyond at all. Is this issue being looked at if not how do we get refunded?

Are you referring to the mobile app specifically? There's a known issue there, but you should be able to access it on the site in the meantime.
Any idea how soon it will be available/purchasable/usable inside the app? (Android in particular.)
(Unrelated, I can't seem to use my Apple Card to make purchases here through the web, but I suspect that's because you use PayPal, which doesn't support the Apple Card.)

This page lists the supported and unsupported payment options, but doesn't mention Apple Cards specifically. I'd recommend contacting customer support for help with that one.

Buying it through the app uses Google Pay instead of PayPal, so that problem is now handled, thanks to it being available in-app. Thanks!
Lots of capitalization issues. As this is a 2024 source it should follow 2024 style.
There are at least 50+ instances (Long Rest alone is 31) of this which I caught but I suspect there are more:
Typo:
Hero Subclass: "At the start of your turn, you can bolster your allies (no action required) . Creatures..." - Period is in the wrong spot.
