NEW MAPS
This digital adventure pack features 19 new quick play maps that are playable on the D&D Beyond Maps VTTtool, which is now free for all registered players to use.
PREMADE CHARACTERS
This adventure pack features premade characters, which are not currently available, but will be coming soon in the near future to D&D Beyond.
I have the (digital) module - and reading through it - when I hover over the "Wight Lifedrinker" - it's telling me that I need to purchase the module and takes me to the purchase page - even though I am in the module reading it. Other (standard) monsters (such as the bugbears) appear fine.
EDIT - I am seeing it with a few other monsters, such as - Kuo-Toa Marauder & Lizardfolk Warden as well.
I can't locate the premade characters for the adventure in Beyond, nor does Heroes of the Borderlands appear under the "Create from Premade Campaigns" option in the campaign manager

I have this problem as well. Is it an release error? Some sort of timing issue with other pages? Or otherwise undescribed? Id rather have this fixed soon, so that i can play with my friends a new adventure.
Important EDIT! - You need to Resync your entitlements! As stated in the OP's post! Use https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses . I was able to see the new content with it by doing this.

Right. I was expecting to get the cards in some digital way as well...
Well they didn't promise the cards but they said and are still selling:
"Pick up the Ultimate Bundle to save $10 on the physical board game, the Digital Adventure Pack—which includes quickplay maps and premade characters—plus the Keep on the Borderlands Digital Dice Set!
and
"Heroes of the Borderlands Digital Adventure Pack: Includes a digital Quick-Start Guide, quickplay maps, and premade characters"
My physical copy came last week so I was anxiously awaiting the official release very much looking to play on Friday.
You know what would have been really amazing? If the digital purchase had included virtual boards like the physical ones you get, with cards and everything to attach to it, and then an option to translate the board to a typical character sheet. That would be stellar. It is disappointing not to have premades with the digital purchase, but I suspect they only ever meant for that to apply to the physical product.
Public Mod Note

The digital dice set is fantastic, but I am experiencing a strange behaviour with D4. The number in the gamelog doesn't correspond sometimes to the dice image rolled. Can someone confirm that?

Where are the premade characters?
I noticed that instead of the abridged Play Guide, the D&D Beyond Heroes of the Borderlands Introduction is pointing players directly to the D&D Beyond Basic Rules, which has many more options (primarily a free PHB) than the physical boxed set gives players. Hopefully brand new players first exposure is to the physical set and not the D&D Beyond version, as that would be throwing them into the deep end.

Hah. Yeah. I didn't even think I'd need to resync my entitlements since I was already in the module, but sure enough, that did fix it.
The digital version directs me to the premade campaigns section but I don’t see Heroes of the Borderlands as an option. I’ve already synced my entitlements. If the premade campaign isn’t ready yet (like the premade characters) can you at least temporarily remove the reference and link to it in the text to avoid confusion?
It appears that for the VERY FIRST combat encounter that new players and new DM's will likely be exposed to, the big chance for DND Beyond to impress, that the premade maps add the wrong tokens to the map! I didn't check other maps to see if there were others that were incorrect. I wonder how many folks new to DND Beyond will be confused by this?
This, in addition to the fact that the premade characters aren't even available, makes this release, which I was really rooting for DnD to get right (and the physical product does seem to get most things right) a rather disappointing showing for DND Beyond.

Can you be more specific? Which map and which tokens, exactly?
Cave A: Kobold Lair is the first one I see, and all the tokens seem to match the book.

The first combat encounter that Players are likely to see is Trail (Bandit Ambush). There should be 3 Bandit Tokens and Praal. I have no idea what tokens are actually being added---the bandits look sort of like zombies. No idea what we are seeing with Praal.
Ok. Definitely the D4 of the digital dice set is wrong. First number is the rolled dice, and second number is what gamelog displays: 3 is 4 2 is 2 4 is 1 1 is 3

I'm not seeing any of the Heroes digital content in Maps, although it does appear in my book sources. Anyone else?
EDIT: A logout/login fixed this - keeping this post up for visibility.
