I've had it with this scam! I didn't order from some unheard of company on the other side of the world! There needs to be some recourse to solve this! I guess I need to report it as fraud to the credit card company and see if I can get some help that way.
Given that most other people on Reddit & other places have received their physical copies just fine, I'm going to go out on a limb and say this has zero to do with Beyond or WotC.
It's more likely that someone or something got some kind of clerical bit wrong long after you ordered.
Did you check, for example, on whomever was supposed to ship it(Amazon, USPS, FedEx, etc)? Do you live somewhere relatively remote from the nearest Amazon/FedEx hub or post office? Maybe there was something else, like the government shutdown, that affected things?

I am on the "other side of the world" and I got my copy just fine by buying at my Friendly Local Gaming Store.

I'm new to DM'ing and have just bought this to try with a group of friends. I got the physical copy from a local shop that said it was the ultimate bundle. Anyone know where / how I can get to the digital content?
As far as I know, the Ultimate Bundle is only available for purchase on dndbeyond.com (for US shipping) or dndstore.wizards.com (for international shipping).
Assuming there was a version available in stores, I’d expect there to be a redemption code either in the box or provided by the store.

Note that there appears to be a typo on all weapon cards with the Vex Weapon Mastery in HOTB.
Vex is supposed to be:
"If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your nextturn."
But unfortunately the HOTB cards read:
"If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your turn."
The word "next" has been omitted, significantly changing the mechanic.

I did, but they were very quick to remove my digital access. So, it looks like I need to start the process over again to get access or a further refund?
I have an update on my situation: I could redeem the code I was given and I now have the Heroes of the Borderlands digital set available. But I'm (really) worried about the status on my physical one.
I have not received any e-mails regarding my HotB status. I don't know even if it was shipped or anything. And what worries me is that my HotB order does not appear on my account's order history, even if I paid for it 3 months ago, so it's like I never ordered it.
Is there anything that can be done here? I have WotC's e-mail with my order number as proof, if necessary.

At what point is wizards going to take this seriously and act?

Asked on Discord - got 'we have no info for delays open ticket'. Opened ticket - silence.
Don't expect to get any more details here - same admin spamandtuna is over Discord and the one that told me there is no info.
Also in Europe (Germany) and mine seems to be arriving any moment now. I have found that the delivery by the european partners has been pretty quick most of the time, often earlier then official release in europe and beyond customer service has always pretty helpful with any issues. I would suspect that a larger amount of boxes than usual is being moved this time, accounting for the short delay.
Did you preorder at a store or the dnd beyond marketplace and hence the french partner ? ESW France SAS. I have great service from my local stores and other stores, just ESW France SAS that seems out to make sure people dont get what they ordered and no way to contact them.

If you bought the Ultimate Bundle, they may have refunded only the cost of the physical item, not the digital one. Either way, glad you got it!

By default, it shows only orders from the last three months. Does it show your status here instead, with the date extended?
