I have Master Tier and can access the book itself, but the only species that shows up is Dhampire, and most other content (feats, subclasses) aren't showing up either.
I'm having this same issue. I can't actually build any of the subclasses listed even though i have access to the book. The book also does not show up on my purchases list, only in the general library. I'm sure i bought it because i have the receipt and it does not say "content shared with you" next to the book so i know that i can read the book and it is not shared by someone who's campaign I'm in
Which has not been the case with the other supplement releases. It's not a huge deal but it does seem like it makes the most sense for the PHB species options to be first.
Fixed!

Since the Dhampir Vampiric Bite is considered an Unarmed Strike, it interacts with the Monk Martial Arts Die. Is it intended that a Monk Dhampir would start with a 1d6 Bite?
I have a Master and I cannot access anything. Not even showing up on my owned content. Not cool bro, all the popular streamers have it and are openly reviewing on YT but us little guys.......Beyond frustrating.

Did you sync your library? It didn't do it automatically for me this time either
I don't have the Eberron: Forge of the Artificer supplement and have no intention of buying as the only thing of interest in it, to me, is the updated Artificer.
To my great annoyance I now discover that this book actually required to be able to use the Reanimator subclass.
I am sorry to say this, but this is utterly ridiculous.
In order to fully utilize the options available in Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, I have to buy the Eberron supplement, even though the only thing I would want from it is the Artificer class.
So, not only do I splurge for the full Ravenloft: Horrors Within Ultimate Bundle, I now also find out that I have to fork out another $20 (excluding taxes) to get a book where I only need maybe 10%.
This is not fair. At the very least, the R:THW description should have made it clear that E:FoA was required for the full experience.
I can't even create a private homebrew version of the subclass and target it to the 5e artificer.
I understand the corporate desire for making money, but practically forcing me to buy a book I really don't need in order to fully utilitize something I own is very close to being a scam.
Please open the subclass up to both editions.
EDIT: I missed that the Artificer class was actually included with R:THW on D&D Beyond. I retract my complaint.

Based on the sales page, the Artificer class is included with the digital version of the book, physical is a different story, but they were up front about that from the beginning of marketing for this book.

Oh, if that is the case, then I retract my complaint. I do have access to the Eberron artificer through shared content from an online game I am part of. But I don't own it myself, and thus my players wouldn't be able to use it.
I'll check it out.
EDIT: I have checked it out. I fully retract my complaint. It is started quite clearly in the production description that the Artificer is including but only on D&D Beyond. This is more than satisfactory.

Glad that worked out for you :) personally, I like them doing it this way as it means they don't have to take up page count reprinting something. It doesn't help physical buyers as much, which is a downside, but it's a good solution for the digital version at least
Dark Gifts say you can gain them whenever you would gain a feat from the Origin category - that implies that Warlocks should be able to choose them with Lessons of the First Ones (which is incredibly thematically appropriate), but they don't appear as options to choose. Humans also can't take them with their Versatile feature.
Crucially, it does say "With the DM's permission". I'll double-check, but I'm pretty sure that means this is working as intended. If your DM does give permission, you can simply leave that choice unselected and manually add the feat instead.

The Hollow Warden's level 7 feature "Hungering Might" is implemented in a really weird way. The benefit it's supposed to provide is adding a bonus to Constitution saving throws equal to your Wisdom modifier. Instead of using your actual Wisdom modifier, it has a drop-down where you have to select one of "Wisdom Modifier (+1)", "Wisdom Modifier (+2)", etc.
Is this due to some limitation of the current character builder? That would seem unlikely, since there are already features like the Cleric class's "Divine Order" thing that are capable of adding one ability score's modifier to another's rolls without this clunky approach.
Nobody has flagged this as an error, but it is sufficiently different enough from past species descriptions that I have to wonder. Is the lupin missing a damage die for its unarmed strike?

I was wondering about that too. It's been typical in the past (well, it's been typical in Monsters of the Multiverse anyway) for species with fancy Unarmed Strike features to deal 1d6 damage.
Except everything is with the DM's permission. At the very least if they aren't going to be available by default there should be a toggle to turn them on instead of needing a complete workaround.
When viewed within the book itself (as opposed to the independent monster entry, here) the statblock for Strahd von Zarovich gives his Intelligence as 23 when it should be (and is, on the popped-out version) 20.
The Loup Garou's stat block HP may be incorrect? It has a +5 to CON, but the hit DC die says 22d8+88. Shouldnt it be 22d8+110 instead?

None of the content appears in the character builder (except the dhampire), but i have access to the book (not by sharing).

They updated it. The chapter 3 issue in the mobile app is fixed now.
Looks good now after the latest update.
