Thief of Five Fates doesn't list a prereq, but does require you to have Warlock spell slots. Considering that bane can be gained at 1st level, possibly it wasn't considered to need a prereq per the original publication, but for the purposes of this feat, they decided to call it one?
Ahh, that's a good point.

The aberrant mind spell swap issue is the same as the Divine Soul spell swap issue. That issue has been unresolved for 4.5 YEARS, so I wouldn't expect progress anytime soon.
I'm unable to add the spell Mass Healing word or slow to my bards spell list. I purchased the appropriate books it's just not an option in my spells. Intellect Fortress is available to me however.
14 months after the issue that vexes aberrant mind sorcerers was raised, a forum mod chastised those moaning because "not all fixes can be done immediately".
I would be intrigued to know if they feel that 4.5 years is sufficient time to get worked up about having to pay full price for a text that is continuing to not provide full functionality with no indication that a fix is coming any time soon

Any of the new spells introduced in Tasha's Cauldron of everything are added to the classes' spell lists, but existing spells that are included in the Additional Spell List are optional features. To allow your bard to learn mass healing word or slow, for instance, you'll have to enable Optional Class Features for the character:
... and then on the Class page of the Character Builder, Expand the Optional Feature Manager (next to Class Features) and toggle on Additional Bard Spells.
College of Eloquence was introduced in the Theros book which is a Magic setting. You need to have the Magic: The Gathering Content toggle enabled for your character to use the subclass.
Sad that we're almost a year into this book's publication and they still don't have many of the issues resolved here.
You shouldn't have to toggle MtG content to get access to a class in this book if you purchased this book. That is completely non-intuitive and un-user friendly.
Please could you consider raising the priority to fix this? It really makes things awkward for this sub class as it is a major feature for this sub class.
Also if it was fixed - you'd have been able to do it and wouldn't any forum to make you aware.

Any fix for Aberrant Mind sorc re-selectinf psionic spells yet?
If there had been, it would have shown up in the first and/or second post.
I mean there hasn't been a single update since February 12th. The book came out almost one year ago and they still do not have it working right. It is really sad.
Not sure if it's been recently addressed yet or not, but I saw that the subclass features from Tasha's that allowed you to cast a spell a number of times per day based off your proficiency bonus was fixed. However, the Circle of Stars Druid - Star Map is still bugged. As you can see below in the portion that are boxed red, the number of uses listed for Guiding Bolt doesn't match the proficiency bonus as described.

College of Eloquence isn't showing up for me in character builder despite owning Tasha's. College of creation shows up, but not eloquence.

A similar bug has been present for years with the Divine Soul sorcerer (Xanathar's Guide to Everything, 2017).
At this point is it fair to say that this issue will most likely never be resolved.

Monthly check in to see if any progress made towards fully implementing Tasha's class features yet?
No?
All good. Carry on. As you were.
