So, I'm wanting to get some spell scrolls so Book of the Ancient Secrets can give me more versatility as a Warlock... but now that Treasure Points are out of the system, what are the actual rules for purchasing spell scrolls? I've been looking for details online but all the information I'm finding is older information. I seem to be getting more gold so far with the changes to season 9, so I figure this would be the logical thing to spend that gold on.
