Dumb question; how do you post gifs...?

Not a dumb question at all. I had to ask once myself too. If you host on Imgur.com you need to upload the gif and then instead of grabbing the “direct link,” you grab the “Original Gif Link.” Embedding it here is the same as for a .jpg/.png like usual.

If you host your image elsewhere you need to grab the link that ends in .gif, whatever they call it.

Today's lineup; the soldiers of House Tsaruval. 
House Tsaruval are the noble family my Hexblade Cavalier of Ergoth hails from. They have a long, storied history of serving the Empire as knights, but are also secretly part of an ancient Raven Queen cult. That religion has long influenced the motifs of the family imagery, from the design of their armor to the heraldry of its cavaliers.
